Where are the settings in the new desktop interface?

In the working interface, they used to be in the top right menu, but not any more and I can't find them anywhere else.-(

Hi @mtilsted

You can access the settings page via the menu under your profile picture, or the meatball menu under Edit > Preferences. You can also access your Spotify preferences by pressing Control + P on your keyboard.

Extra tip!

Did you know Spotify has nearly 40 keyboard shortcuts? You can see a list of all of them by pressing Control + / when you have the Spotify app selected!

Wow, why did they not mention that in the interface.

And even better*, It turns out if you press alt+shift 4, it restore the functions with album view, artist view, and playlist view from the old interface.

So it seems the major problem with the new interface is that all the buttons for the usefull features have been removed, so if you want useful features such as albums, artists or play lists you just have to use the cheat code "shift alt 4"

*I feel like I am in a battle where management wanted to remove all the features, but the developers just removed the buttons and then hid all the features from management behind the cheat code shift alt 4.

On the left side top of the home screen where your profile picture is click on the picture or nearby.  You will see a new screen where you can access your settings and privacy. Also previously played songs.....
