Why blocking icon for a song does not exist?

Previously, next to the like icon, we could block a song to be played in the future! However, currently, it is disappeared from my Spotify. Both on my android and Windows. Any idea?

They say click on an icon to remove a song and we’ll remember for next time. However, That icon does not exist at all!!
