Why is your app a complete trashcan?

Why does your app constantly lose the now playing bar, not play music and require restart, not display the proper album art, and is generally unreliable at doing the most basic of task the app is written for?

Windows 11 and 10, 2x IOS devices and one android. They all have most or all of the issues above.

Do you guys have plans to hire devs that know how to fix the long standing basic issues with your apps?

So after doing some searching on the web it looks like this is an issue these devs can't fix. It's been going on for a very long time. Same problems, thousands of users reporting them.

Just another company who got the market cornered and now don't care one bit.
