Windows Spotify

Tried to set up Windows 10 Spotify and I have never come across such a difficult and ugly thing to use.

We have an Android version in the bed and it is an absolute pleasure to use. Why change it ? We have tried tirelessly tried to get the lyrics working and have tried every tweak suggested on the internet - we are really fed up with this piece of junk we want a refund and go back to Apple. But how do you reach Spotify in its mile-high tower ?
