Wrapped 2022 wrong songs

My wrapped 2022 is completly wrong. 
Top 2 played songs are two K-Pop song I have never heard of or listened to. Its a genre I never have listened to. 
Im the only one using my account and are sure that no one have my password or have hacked me. 

What can be the issue?

My top song is wrong too. I’ve heard the album fro which the song is from a few times but not really familiar with the song itself. Weird!

Same exact thing. Earlier in the year the weird thing kept happening when some junk music from artists I've never heard of will start playing at random on my phone or computer spotify. I had to reinstall the app to get rid of it and now looks like that creepy **bleep** is on the top of my list. I am pretty disappointed.

Yeh my no.2 artist is timor no idea who that is wasted an hour going through all his songs, none of which i enjoyed (its all just  crappy prods with foreign rapping i dont understand). Sad i was really looking forward to getting my first wrap so disappointing.

If I look at statsforspotify.com non of the wrapped top 2 songs are listed there. Spotify must have done something very wrong with this years Wrapped.

Same here my wrapped says that my top listened to artist is drake this year and I don't even  listen to Drake

Yeah unless someone has hacked all of us, these songs i've played sure but not my most played.

Who the **bleep** is “Tiko”?!? They put this s*hj in my top song and I’**bleep** on Spotify?!?!? Again pushing**bleep** to us? Who are u trying to fool?! Fix this!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!! Stop pushing stuff!!!! Look at the artists I actually listen to and look who you guys put on first place! Never heard about this untalented person. Shame!! Shame!!! Shame!!!!

very wrong too, said my favorite song was listened to 12 times... I'm an autistic person with the repeat button on all the time! On my ''100 best'', the song is 66th lol

Me too. Loads of stuff I've never heard of mixed in with my playlist. Too many people experiencing this to be a hack problem. If Spotify can't track any better than this, it's no wonder musicians aren't getting paid what they are due (as if that was even possibly on this platform).

Same! Said my top 5 songs were all from one album by Crumb -- I know I have listened to some of their songs via Spotify's curated playlists, but that's it! Definitely not 3,000+ minutes of it! 🤷‍♀️

4 of my top 5 songs are from an artist I’ve never heard of called Leikeli47. The top song was from Japanese Breakfast. I probably played a song by them, but it certainly wasn’t my #1!

I use a site called mytopspotify which to me it's been extremely accurate over the year ive been using it. It shows my top played songs and artists over a 4 week frame, as well as a 6 month one. Last year, an Artist called Lil Xtra, and his song Spring Never Comes specifically dominated my top 100, with SNC's being my no.1 song. On my site, it shows that once again over 6 months, SNC is again no.1, with Xtra himself being my 2nd most played artist. His other songs are littered all over my top 6 months, and I've actually slowed down my play time of his over the last few months...

So now, coming into my wrapped, I find that he is entirely absent, not just with his other songs, but even SNC.
Going deeper into it, the genre 'Emo Rap', of which he is a part of, WAS mentioned to be very prominent this year for me, but yet actually NONE representing the genre showed up either.

Now to be fair, everything else seems fine if we allow Xtra and every artist from that Genre to be missing. However it would, and i know, be a lot different if they were...
So mine doesn't seem forcefully wrong, it's just missing about 60% of my year due to missing out an entire genre and it's sub genres of music... The site for me, personally did much better, and this is because it draws from the raw stats. If Spotify is trying to suppress my wrapped, they've done it a very extraordinarily odd reason..

It should be worth mentioning that artists in Emo rap are often very prone to be small artists, who often sample (with permission ofc) music from elsewhere. Which if we start thinking with our cooperate hat on, are not artists that would be very beneficial in promoting.

You might've been hacked. One of my accs got hacked earlier this year and the person didn't change the password, but liked a bunch of songs from this random rapper I've never heard of and also followed him. It wasn't my main acc so it was fine, but it was still weird.

Pretty sure Spotify doesn't count loops as streams, it identifies it as a bot or smth like that. So it was probably only counting the first time you played

Ur logging in on random sites that are clearly unofficial? ".io" tells me it's clearly a fake site they didn't even bother to make it .com LOL

3 out of my top 5 most listened song are absolutely wrong. Never heard of it... Thank you TisSaïveF for your website suggestion, it's really more accurate ! Hope that Spotify will solve this issue as I am really waiting for my Spotify Wrapped every year since at least 5 years.

My top song in 2022 - 2daBeat by Super Flu.  Why is it my top song?  Because it appears again and again in playlists produced by Spotify no matter how much I try to hide it or dislike it or get rid of it.  Spotify PLEASE - you need a never play again button.  To have a song which I have wasted hours trying to not have in my playlists coming out as my top song when I utterly HATE it shows how much this is needed.
