Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hello! My wrap won't "play". That is, I can see the stactic slides, i can skip from one to the other and the basic info, but the videos won't load.

retrieve old spotify wrapped downloadable images

I have the wrapped playlists from now until 2020.
I also have the downloadable wrap images that come with the wrap from now until 2022.
Is there a way to find these "wrapped_summary_share.jpeg" images from the older wrapped playlists?

My Question or Issue

So the thing is, it's third year that my Spotify wrapped is incomplete, although I've had Premium plan all along.

While I see how in all other countries spotify wrapped not only shows how many minutes were spent/ the band(or singer) of the year/ the basic statics, but also some other cool features as greetings from the singer, what vibe does one give off based on the statics ecc. : Mine has only the general base of the things... And it's honestly so frusturation because you wait whole year just to receive a list of thing you might have as well already heard! Idk if you understand what I mean but I was just curious to know -- How come I don't have extra information on my wrapped, and why is it different in my country?

My Spotify wrapped doesn’t work. Only shows few slides

my top artists are some ive barely to, if not at all and the artists ive actually listened to for such a long time arent even on my top. youre not alone lol im super upset by my wrapped this year. this is a stretch but my friend has way more minutes listened than me and i use spotify so much more than them, everything seems so inaccurate this year rip

When I click on my wrapped for this year, it won’t play as video. I have to click through it and I miss so much. How to fix?

Hello, I have about 100k minutes listening to Spotify. On my wrapped it gave me a top song that I’ve never listened to. I don’t know if it’s a bug

Hey!! The exact same problem here. Artist that i have never heard of is my top artist and all my top songs are also from this artist. NEVER heard this artist before in my life and im pretty sure i had my actual favourite artist on replay for at least a 100 times. Im very upset since i was looking forward to this. This was part of my Spotify premium that i am paying for and they didn’t even do it correctly. Might actually switch platforms which sucks because  I’ve been using Spotify for so long.

Ik heb mijn wrapped gekregen, van 2024 maar die klopt niet helemaal, ik ben zeker dat ik k3 meer geluisterd heb dan Camille en Ariana grande stond er tussen die ik helemaal niet geluisterd hebt.

en ik vind dat een beetje raar, daarom vind ik het een goed idee dat als het niet klopt dat je of bij de klantendienst kunt vragen van hoe ze aan die cijfers zijn gekomen, en dat dan kunnen aanpassen, want ze zeggen dat zij daar niks over kunnen opzoeken of het effectief wel zo is. en dat de luisteraar dat ook kan zien, en het zelf ook kunnen aanpassen

Same problem here. I have this app called statsfm which tracks all your streams and the wrapped ist completely wrong. Anyone knows if you can request another accurate one?

Excatly the same problem. I listen techno music everyday and this is the only kind of music wich I like but my top5 song is old pop song (wich I never listened)
