Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I just got my wrapped and same problem. By your suggestion I made an inquiry for the data and what happens next? Does my wrapped gets updated?

It offere global wrapped playlists but not my personal 2024 wraped. Have update the app and logged back in and still nothing.

Is there no way to view my Wrapped outside of the app? I have an older phone and can't update the app, so there's just no way to view it?

Premium Plan Switzerland

I have just checked my spotify wrapped and it tells me that I have only listendd to 27‘000 minutes… I know for a fact that that cannot be accurate. Could there be any problem I can look at to fix this issue? Las year I had 35k and I barely listened to any music that year. This year I for basically listened to music every day for several hours…

I listened to an artist for about three days and somehow they appeared as my 3rd most listened to, despite none of their songs being on my ‘top songs’ playlist which was also terribly inaccurate. Spotify messed up this year 🤦‍♂️.

My #1 most listened to is by an artist I don't know, and I've never heard the song.

I waited a whole year for my 2024 wrapped, and this is ridiculous, I don't even like the genre of this song.

How can you fix this? Take that song out... I don't know who failed this, but it's unacceptable, I'm about to cancel my subscription

Got my wrapped today, but my top 2 songs are songs I don't even remember listening to. I had to search up my "Top Artist" to see who the **bleep** they are. Even went on Instagram to see if I maybe follow them there and forgot about it but I don't recognise them at all. Kinda disappointed. I look forward to wrapped every year. The attached files from statsforspotify.com make MUCH more sense. I listen to all of them.

Something similar seems to be happening for me, one of my top five artists is an artist I put on occasionally, and to further prove it I have no songs from that artist for my top songs for the year according to the Spotify generated playlist for top songs 2024 😕 They’re not even in my top genres

My Wrapped seems accurate entirely outside of minutes listened. For the past like, five years, my minutes have been well over 30-40k, yet this year, my listening wasn’t even 9k. And I’ve had Wrapped in mind since January. I’m almost certain I’ve listened to more music this year than previous as well.

The only reason I can possibly think of as to why the minutes might be skewed is because I left my premium plan and switched to a Duo plan. But to get rid of that much?? It seems off.

I can’t see my 2024 wrapped,it says it’s not available and Insufficient information.

But I listen to at least two hours a day, and I listen to a lot of artists' songs.

My issue is that all my friends got 12 tabs of Spotify showcase meanwhile I got only 8 tabs other Spotify wrapped data is not showcased. I tried refreshing and different phone. Didn't work. Please help I really want to see my whole Spotify wrapped I was waiting for whole year for this

Mine is really inaccurate as well, when compared against stats.fm and statsforspotify - my top 5 is totally different for both artist and song, and the 3rd party stats definitely 'feel' more correct. Everyone I've spoken to is also reporting the same thing. What the **bleep** is going on with this year's?

I do not have a podcast or audiobook section of my wrapped. Want to get this fixed cause I listened to those as much as music!
