Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My wrapped hasn’t worked for the last two years. It doesn’t show the animations, only the last picture you can download. Last year I had the same problem and it didn’t get better.

my wrapped is wrong and StatsforSpotify confirmed it. 100% pure love was listed as my most listened to, and Crystal waters was my top 3 artist. I’ve only listed to one song by Crystal, and it was during the Calvin Klein Pride promotion. I know I’ve listened to songs more incessantly, but I can’t account for times I’ve slept or turned the music down and not off.   Stats for Spotify have confirmed this song was top in my list, but the rest of the top 5 are wrong, and Crystal Waters was never my top 5 artist. Someone tell the team bc if you’re gonna call my music taste a gay slur, call me the right one 💅🏻

Just a quick report on the wrapped issue I just got a random song that I never listened to on my top 5 songs list and I hope you'd fix this issue soon

Mine was wrong as well a song i haven’t even listened to was my top song when i know there is a song i listen to every day which wasn’t even on the list

It's dreadful.

Absolutely definitely wrong. Includes artists I like but not the songs I actually prefer and replay. It's also a very very small fraction of things I like and replay often. Top song is definitely wrong, in fact top 5 are, by a large margin. Only thing accurate is the top band. Missing a couple of bands I play often. Heavily skewed to one band I played a lot (but not that much) in one month. Put down the AI and just use data FFS. Also, Noone wants AI explaining our own taste to us.Seriously - this is so bad I'm disappointed enough to consider cancelling - this is usually a nice reminder of things i've listened to over the year and it's not at all.Can we access the raw data in any way - this should be covered under gdpr?

My wrapped was eaten by an album I played on loop overnight. #1 artist, gone. Top 5 tracks, gone. How do I remove that artist from my statistics so I can see what I was really listening to?

I have the newest version of the app and everything in the wrapped worked except for Podcasts. It's been like this for 3 years that i get no info on podcasts (how long i listened/my top podcasts). How do I change that?

I got my Spotify Wrapped 2024, but it's missing the Music Evolution and I can't see the relevant playlist either, please fix this.

I don't see my genres or evolution etc. My listening time is way too low. I also know for a fact I've spent more time listening to music than my friends which have those wrapped features. Please help.

My wrapped was so completely wrong this year down to the amount of time listened. I’m honestly so disappointed as i was slightly anticipating this.

me too, I listened to music for multiple hours a day but it’s telling me I only have 15000 minutes and my top artists are all from last year. I literally listened to one of her songs a few times and she was spot 4 also I feel like some months weren’t showing up at all in the music genre thingy

All my friends got their top podcasts on their wrapped but not me even though I listen to podcasts a lot.

I noticed that my spotify playlist lacks some slides unlike other people’s wrapped playlists which contains more content such as “Your Music Evolution”. What were eligibility requirements for it? Why don’t all of us have it?

hey guys, I cant seem to find the Spotify Wrapped Category (I did search it up but I saw someone with a video that shows you the wrapped playlist) on the app on my Macbook... Any way to fix this?

My Wrapped is all wrong too. It doesn't include any song on the album I listen to the most. Some songs are way too high on the list. It's just so disappointing this year.
