Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Is spotify wrapped only through mobile this year?

"Tiramisu cake" should NOT be my top song listened to. I don't even know this song. C418 should not be my top artist. I listened to him for like 2 weeks. Compared to the other artists that I listen to everyday.

I cannot find my spotify wrapped on my desktop app. I searched for help and it told me to update to teh latest version. So, I reinstalled the app... but it still does NOT show the wrapped at all

All of my friends have 12 tabs on their spotify wrapped while i only have 8. I don't have any data about months or topics that i listened to while everyone else does. I feel like my number one song is also wrong, i find it weird that the number one song was only listened to 99 times while my one artist who i only listened to two of there songs for over 3,000 minutes doesn't show up more listened too.

Yeah honestly kind of weird lol songs I know I listened to repeatedly the entire year are towards the bottom, even below “What Is Love” by Haddaway, which like, what? Maybe I played it once for the bit but, what? Also my 2nd top played artist according to wrapped, isn’t even on the playlist lol. I know there’s a lot of AI stuff on the wrapped this year, so idk if they over-relied and it led to this. Honestly wack, this has always been one of the few things I look forward to every year.

My number 5 artist is someone I never heard of before nor know any of his songs. There are artists I've definitely listened to more often. Something is not adding up.

yep, same here. i have an artist in my top 5 whom i havent listened to ONCE this year, and my top100 can attest that since theres not a single song from that artist in it

They mentioned an artist that I listed for like 2 weeks and at all was mentioned an artists I alternate with my top artists, also the Artist Video is not from my top artist like last year. So disappointed.

Hey, i just got my Spotify wrapped. But something feels wrong. This year i am pretty sure i have listened to much more music than last year. More than many of my friends. I got 27.000 minutes this year, and I got the same last year. Most of my friends have got 40.000 or more. I might be wrong, and I’m just be paranoid, but I feel like the number is wrong. Is there any way to fix it and see a different number, or is the one now correct?

Wrapped is one of the things I wait for, I receive it every year except this year (2024).

Same thing here. I got a #2 song that I didn't recall. Checked stats FM and I've only listened to it 3 times, meanwhile the song below it was listened to 44 times. Pretty disappointing.

 It wasn't a summary like last year, for example, the first thing that caught my eye was something like which city of which country we are closer to, but I didn't see that this year, I'm so curious about it, please bring it.
