Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Why does all my music not show up on wrapped? I have listened to hours upon hours of kids music, and none of it shows up Wrapped which I was hoping it would!!

My Spotify Wrapped was completely wrong this year. It says I only listened to 68,874 minutes this year, when in the last 6 months, according to the time machine, I listened to over 76,000 minutes. It did not include ANY streams from Katy Perry, even though she was my top artist in February, April, July, August, September, October and November. You guys need to fix this ASAP!

Hi!

My spotify wrapped is wrong - it lists Olivia Rodrigo as my top 4 artist and I have not listened to her this year! However, Suki Waterhouse -whom I’ve listened a lot this year- has not made it to my wrapped. Is there any way to fix this?

my spotify wrapped is really inaccurate, it says I have listened to only 2k songs while one says I have replayed one song 2k times, I have this other app that does count every single play i have of that song and I got that only last month and I played that song 6k times.

I can't see my Spotify Wrapped 2024. It's just absent. I tried to use my desktop application and mobile one as well.

Brief Overview of the situation: 
Spotify Wrapped on my end lacks some of the slides, or to be more specific, one of them is Music Taste changes per month. Unsure what the other two are, but when compared with friendS, I found that there were 3 slides missing. Sought help from support, but nothing could be done in the end.

My Question or Issue

Mentioned above, upon reaching out to support, was guided through a couple of troubleshooting methods, none of which worked. Subsequently after around 2 hours of trying, was told that nothing could be done, as they were unable to add these "slides" in manually, and everything was automated. 

To add on some details: 
App fully updated, tried reinstalling, restarting phone etc. 

More than comprehensive music spread across the whole year, definetely sufficient data. 

To the Product Development Team?:
Understand that this could perhaps be a glitch, or a one-off incident, however it was kind of disappointing being hyped up for 2 weeks straight with all the posts on TikTok and social media, only to be let down with an incomplete Wrapped experience. Would appreciate if you could perhaps delve deeper into this issue, and perhaps root out the underlying cause, as per my understanding, this has been an issue for a couple of years, as seen from some past year Wrapped posts on the blog. 

I hope perhaps in the future I won't run into such an incident again, and appreciate your understanding in helping prevent future cases perhaps? 🙂

My Question or Issue
So I'm trying to see my Spotify wrapped but whenever I open up Spotify right before it loads it previews a blank banner with 'sponsored' on the top right and then disappears when it finishes loading, one time it even had a 'hide announcements' button instead of the sponsored watermark

I clicked on the banner before it disappeared and it opened 'https://xpui.app.spotify.com/index.html' on my browser with a error message

I'm wondering if anyone else has issues with their top song and the number of plays? It's the second year in a row that my top song plays seems to cap out at 64 plays which is waaaaaaay lower than it could feasibly be since I know I've listened to a song over 50 times in a single day sometimes. Do we know if crossfade and gapless playback affects this? Thanks!

Same here. I am so disappointed as i am a premium user also. My minutes listened are definitely wrong and it irritates me a lot. Reconsidering paying for spotify in 2025.

The stated minutes that I am supposed to have listened to this year are absolutely wrong!

I have listened to even more music and podcasts this year than last year and in 2023 I had 198,000 minutes on my top 1 podcast only.. 

This year I only have 137,319 minutes in total - that can't be right!! PLEASE correct immediately for everyone.

I don’t have my music evolution in my wrapped, but my friends do. Despite I have multiple times more listened minutes, we are in the same region and all are premium. How to get my full wrapped?

In stats.fm I can see that I listeners the most to Belgian artist K3, and also my top 5 most playes tracks are from them, but in my Wrapped, they are not there. I read it is because in your Wrapped, 'children music' gets filtered out, but how can I have this music in my wrapped?
