Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My top artist is C418 when I don't even listen to that? I know it has something to do with minecraft but nothing else. How is it my top artist when I have'nt even listened to it??? Can this be fixed in some way?

My top artist was DMX but I think someone was hacked in my account because I don't listen to him and now my Spotify Wrapped is rigged because of it and I would like a new Spotify Wrapped. I waited a whole year for this just to be hacked.

First wrapped in year after coming back to spotify and just has top artist and top song where the fun and personalized stats part of the wrapped kinda feels boneless this year.

I think my Wrapped 2024 is wrong!
My Sound Capsule shows the songs I listened to the most in the month and I missed some on Wrapped.
Since June, I basically open Spotify just to listen to Katy Perry songs and she didn't appear in my Top Artists or in my Top Songs.
The Sound Capsule shows that in July alone I listened to “Woman’s World” 177 times and my most listened to song on Wrapped I only listened to 139 times the entire year. There’s almost no Katy Perry music on my playlist “Top Songs 2024”.
What happened?

Nope, I only get the wrapped as a picture 😕 at least with a song in the background but nothing moves. It’s just appears with the text which is kinda sad

My Spotify Wrapped is totally wrong. There are songs and artists in my top 5 I've listened to less than to my absolute favourites. I'm always looking forward to see my stats towards the end of the year but this time I'm super disappointed!

I have the exact same problem, and for a moment i thought they just weren't doing podcasts this year but then i saw someone else had them. I spent a minimum of 100 hours listening to podcasts this year and i was looking forward on seeing them in my wrapped. I hope this gets fixed and we all get to see our podcast stats.

My spotify wrapped is wrong especially the top 5 songs most of them I've barely listened to this year amd one of them I've never heard of.

My top song on my wrapped was one i never listened to and trued to block many times. It all started when a neighbor in my nyc apartment building accidentally joined my listening party and played to the song, ever since then, this song will randomly play on repeat and no matter how hard I try to block it or hide it, it keeps coming up in my playlists and I HATE IT. This is my worst Spotify wrapped ever and now I can’t even share it with my friends because my top song is not even a reflection of me at all. I’m so disappointed right now, considering leaving the platform.

My 5th top artist I've never heard of before. I am a part of a family plan but no one else has my password or listens on my account. I searched for the artist in my playlists to be sure, and they are no where to be found. This appears to be a big mistake, very sad! This makes me wonder if my 2024 Spotify Wrapped Playlist isn't accurate either.

@Spotify, are you planning on doing bug fixes on this issue? And will we know when those have been pushed?

Yeah, I think the country might be the one. Just changed the country cause I moved to the Netherlands and here it might be available, but I don’t think it’s gonna make a difference now.

my spotify wrapped is completely wrong, taylor swift was one of my top artists when i barely listen to her, i listen to a lot of other artists and they weren’t there. In my top songs there isn’t a single taylor swift song so it’s impossible for her to be my top 5. Next, it says that i only listened for 9,600 minutes when i listen much more than that

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my Spotify Wrapped 2024. It does not reflect my actual listening this year at all, and I am very disappointed.

Earlier this year, my account was hacked, resulting in listening that did not belong to me. With the help of your archives, I took the time to clean up this data to find my real listening habits. I have also secured my account for a long time (changed password and logged out of all devices).

This year, I particularly enjoyed my listening, and I absolutely want my Wrapped to correctly reflect these moments. It is an event that I look forward to every year, and seeing inconsistent statistics spoils this experience.

I am therefore requesting a recalculation of my Wrapped, excluding fraudulent listening from the period when my account was compromised. I hope you will understand my frustration and that you can help me find a faithful summary of this musical year.

All my friends have also more tabs, even sorted by months. I seem to be the only one as well without the new features for whatever reason.....
