We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I’m having the same issue. I listen to podcasts for several hours a day, way more than I listen to music, and I didn’t have a single stat about podcasts whatsoever.

mine is also wrong! my top song i have literally never listened to. of course spotify can’t do anything. i’m switching to apple music im so tired of this

I waited an entire year for the 2024 Wrapped, only to find out that the slides under the 'My 2024 Music Journey' section were missing. When I reached out to customer support, they told me that I didn’t meet the criteria. However, when I asked what those criteria were, they said they didn’t know.

As a loyal user and a premium subscriber, I am deeply disappointed.

"I request to access my missing slides as soon as possible and ask for the issues to be resolved."

Singapore, IOS. Spotify is updated to lastest possible version. My personal Wrapped does not appear in the Wrapped section, when trying to access the wrapped through Google, it redirects me to this:

Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it or do I just not get my own this year? The Wrapped Playlists are those of Top Tracks of 2024 Singapore, Malaysia, etc. and is not my personal one either.

I only listen to podcasts and my wrapped showed a message that said I didn’t have a wrap this year.

Is there a way to see the individual minutes listed to a specific podcast? Last year it showed which specific podcast was listened to most and the % lister.

This cannot possibly be my Spotify wrapped. The other artists and songs are in line for the most part  but my top artist I don’t like nor don’t listen to..if someone has taken over my account I’m concerned and frustrated.

I reached out to spotify to let them know how disappointed I am and how it has regressed. IDK if it will help but maybe if enough of us do it they will see

My spotify wrapped is stagnant. I can only tap through it with none of the visual effects, so I miss a lot of data such as how many times I listened to songs, etc. Somebody help me

Hey! Got my Spotify wrapped today and everything was totally fine/accurate. However; it said my 5th most played artist was Simon and Garfunkel…. Who I’ve not listened to at all this year! They aren’t in my top 100 songs, and aren’t in any of my active playlists, so I’m not sure where that info has been taken from? Any help would be appreciated!

I had a similar problem. It feels like some of my data was lost or something, it felt super inaccurate to what I listen to. I don't tend to listen to many artists, and out of my 31k minutes my top artist was someone I'd listened to for only 800 minutes. Felt super weird.

I hope they didn't intentionally remove the list of top genres, I really liked that feature!

Hi my Spotify wrapped says my top bands are Nirvana and rage against the machine, I’m really confused as I don’t listen to them

Same thing happened to me, put my top artist as an artist that I don't listen to that much but my actual top artist was fifth. I calculated the timing and I was correct. Spotify please fix pookie.

Hi! I’ve used Spotify for years and used it a lot early this year but my wrapped only goes back to April instead of Jan—just curious why that may be or if I can get the full year somehow?
