Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I wonder why this year spotify wrapped shows artist that i listened around 10 years ago that is top 2 and 2 artists in my top 3 and 5 that i listened maybe 3-4 times this year. I know i listened more to different artists than those 3.

Still can't find wrapped, I've had Spotify since 2021 and this is the first time this happened. Somethings definitely wrong cause there are many people with the same issues.

I have the impression that the minutes that were counted in my wrapped are incorrect. I definitely have too few minutes counted.

Hello, I'm having trouble listening to my songs, they don't play at all, they just keep changing quickly from one to the next and then the ad plays (it has nothing to do with the connection). My retrospective isn't showing up either.

Spotify has given me the same top artist for years now and I thought it was wrong last year so I made it a point to not listen to said artist this year and they are still my number 1. Kind of annoying because I went out of my way to not listen to them so I know it’s not accurate.

Did Spotify just use generative AI for all the statistics this year? Please don't replace tried-and-true plain and simple data science. Simple group-wise summaries (top genres, top albums, etc) are what we crave!

Please help me!  The #2 artist on my list is a band I have never heard of and I don't show any songs liked/saved in my history by them.  The band is Manchester Orchestra.  Now I am creeped out thinking someone has hacked my account?  I can't share my Wrapped 2024 because the list now shows some random band in my top 5 that I have never heard of and never played until today (once I saw them on my list).  Is this a marketing hack gone wrong?  How do I determine what devices were playing this band in my account so I can see if I truly have been hacked or if this is some sort of massive glitch by Spotify?

One of the artists that I mostly listened to this year did not show up. Not even a single song of theirs. Why is that? (fyi, some of their songs are made for kids).

Hi!

I feel like all minutes aren’t counted in my spotify wrapped. I listen to music literally everyday which makes the number of minutes i’ve listened to music this year unrealistic.

To be sure i’ve checked how long one of my playlists are (one that i’ve got on repeat) and it seems nearly impossible that i’ve listened to music for as many minutes as you claim when the playlist itself is about 300minutes long. 

( i feel like the number should be higher cause of the reasons i wrote )

If you guys could check if its really 7k hours because i dont Think so btw my top 1 most listened song isnt the one top listened but I could be wrong

 I exclusively listen to country music and for some reason Miley Cyrus is my third favour artist some have and I don't even know who that is. I don't have any of her music on my playlist and for the months around you lie it's said Miley Cyrus Taylor Swift and Katy Perry where my Big artists of the month even though I my have a couple of Taylor Swift songs and I only listen to Katy Perry 2 times guaranteed the whole year. the Taylor Swift songs I don't I have never listen too.
