Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

I would like to report this music evolution topic. Why are two young female artists with significant LGBTQ+ followings being categorized as “parody” alongside a homophobic artist that I’ve never even heard of, much less listened to? Neither Kelsea Ballerini nor Maren Morris does “parody country”, especially not like Big Earl seems to. Queer, BIPOC, and other minority artists are often not treated as serious country artists or as though they have a place in that community and it’s incredibly disappointing to see Spotify playing into this stereotype.

hello! well recently the wrapped 2024 came out, but, it doesnt appear in any place in my account, that includes my phone, tablet, my pc and app and web, it doesnt work, ive reseted the app a few times but still, nothing, even i´ve tried to leg in and out again several times but it isnt there. Im from Spain but, i dont know why it is giving me error and why i dont even find a button to update the app, i just want to see my wrapped!

Hi- my third top song on my wrapped I’ve never heard before and is way out of the genres and artists I listen to. It’s disappointing because it’s not reflective of the music I actually did listen to. It’s not like I even heard the song once- I’ve never heard it when I played it just now it was the first time. Can this be fixed?

Got an up to date IOS system on phone, app is up to date, have logged in on a web browser as well. my wrapped isn't there. There is a boringg UK Top 2024 Wrapped play;ist but it isn't mine, it's not personalised. Chat bot useless!! It seems trivial but its really frustrating when you pay this moeny all year and are genuinley interested in your stats.

My Question or Issue

Hello. 

Today is 2024 wrapped day. I have been preparing for this for some time. You see, a few years ago I had the idea to have a ridiculous amount of time listened to Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You." So I made a Spotify account with a single playlist I listened to. It currently has around 2000 songs in it, over 1000 of which are "All I Want for Christmas is You," and I played it on shuffle in the background of my computer for days on end. I used so many songs because then I could choose my second, third, fourth, and fifth most listened to songs. Second would be I'm Just Ken, third From the Start, fourth Hot To Go,  etc. I did this by putting in ~100 I'm just Kens, ~50 From the Starts, and so on to control the odds of seeing each one. The rest of the songs were a random assortment of whatever I could think of from various artists and albums. If I played the playlist enough, through the power of statistics I would see my desired distribution. I did this throughout most of 2024. 

However, to my dismay, I opened up my wrapped today to find that number one was I'm Just Ken, number two From the Start, and so on as would have been expected for my 2nd,3rd, 4th, and 5th songs. "All I Want for Christmas is You" is nowhere to be seen. It is not even in my 100 song playlist I was given of my top songs. I need to know what happened. Receiptify and Spotify Stats both list it as the number one song. I personally played the song hundreds of times, I am confident of that, and I'm Just Ken is number one with only ~500 plays. I do not know why this wouldn't work. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I know this is a stupid joke but I do genuinely want to know what possibly could have caused my by far number one most played song to be skipped entirely.

I think mine is off too. I haven’t been listening to the artist in quite some time that got top spot. The one that came second was the one I listened to non stop all year round. I don’t understand how that one took second place. I checked some of the Spotify stats apps and both told me my second artist would be #1 and my second artist would be #2. Don’t know what’s happening. Can it be fixed?

I am having a similar problem - I am missing the slide that tells me my top podcasts and podcast listening minutes. My friend had a slide for it that I do not have.

i want a new spotify wrapped. somehow the only artist i listened to like this entire year, katy perry, didnt even show up on my top 5. also, even tho i constantly listened to her songs only 2 of her songs made it on my top songs???? so i would like spotify to redo it for this year bc this is bs.

I was so excited for my wrapped just to have two of my top artists be from one song that I hardly listened to this year and is somehow my top listened to. There's also two other songs that are completely undeserving of being in my top 5. Can this be changed? Overall really disappointing experience.

I know I definitely listened to the required number of minutes this year (I usually listen at least 2 hours a week), but my spotify wrapped isn't even showing in my home tab 😭 Is it possible it's just late or am I looking in the wrong place?

Je vous contacte concernant mon Wrapped 2024. Je remarque que certaines chansons et artistes qui apparaissent dans mon récapitulatif ne correspondent pas du tout à mes écoutes réelles de l'année. En effet, je retrouve des musiques que j'ai découvertes récemment et moins écoutées, tandis que d'autres titres que j'ai écoutés bien plus souvent ne sont pas reflétés dans mon Wrapped. Par exemple, certaines chansons que je n’ai écoutées que quelques fois apparaissent en tête de mes morceaux les plus écoutés, alors que des titres que j’ai largement écoutés tout au long de l'année sont absents.

Merci beaucoup pour votre aide, et j'espère que cela pourra être résolu rapidement.

I feel this one, my entire top 5 most played songs are total nonsense, I've played songs on repeat for hours and none of them made my top 5, and yet songs i might have listed to once in a week makes it? something screwy here.
