Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Hi! Spotify wrapped says my top artist is someone I’ve never even heard of, and apparently I’ve listened to 424 minutes of this person. I went to look at him and I’ve never heard any of this persons music or interested with any of his songs. Please help! I really wanted to post my Spotify

Hello, a song that I have never listened to in my entire life showed up in my top 5 most listened to songs. I am really frustrated because this has happened to me one other time in 2022. The song in question is "Repair Me" by CG5, and I am starting to think someone used my account to bot streams for that song because I've never listened to it, and when I did go to listen to it it was literally the worst song I've ever heard in my life. I also have checked ALTERNATIVE platforms that record Spotify Listening activity, NONE of which say that I have that CG5 song anywhere even in my top 50, and show my Number TWO song as my Number 1 instead. I don't know why this has happened to me multiple times but it's starting to make wrapped genuinely unfun for me.

Premium, desktop, United States. My wrapped isn't showing up anywhere on my Spotify page. I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my laptop, nothing. Really disappointed in Spotify.

The AI Wrapped “Podcast” was repulsive. I don’t want AI pretending to be humans, faking emotion or personal interest.

“I love that band!” 

No you don’t, you’re a ML algorithm with no real understanding of love or bands.

”Daikaiju — I haven’t heard that band in a while.”

Yeah, you’ve never effing heard that band. You’re simply a genAI engine that simply predicts what tokens will sound convincing.

The most disgusting part was how “real” the voices sound. Spotify, do you want to deceive people with these false semblances of emotion? Do you not understand where this will take us?

PS My teenage daughter said the same thing. But with fewer words.

in 2022 my wrapped showed me that my top artist was Bones and i listened for 70k minutes, in 2023 i listened to suicideboys more than i listened to bones in 2022 and my listening time for suicideboys was 32k minutes, in 2024 i listened to suicideboys more than ever but my listening time was 40k. i’m 100% sure this is inaccurate.

I looked at my spotify wrapped today and I listen more to podcasts than to music but I can only see my wrapped for my music. I would love to see my stats for my podcasts. This is in Belgium.

Hello, I believe there’s something wrong with my Spotify wrapped. I’ve been actively listening for almost the whole year and I only got 7000 minutes. My subscription expired like a month ago and I renewed it using a different payment method. I think you’ve only calculated the minutes from the month after the expiry. This is my first Spotify wrapped and I’m sad

The only thing that makes sense is wrapped was handled completely by a poorly trained AI that only pulled information from users Meta data quarterly instead of tracking everything. So if q1 and q2 an artist was your top listen but q3 and q4 were totally different that first artist weighted higher and took the top spot instead of someone else, and more so if they are a big Spotify partner. Which even more so adds up with the AI DJ playlist having even more information for your wrapped than what was included in the wrapped.

I’ve had Spotify Premium since December 2023 and yet they’ve only tracked 22k minutes aka 15 days….I was really excited to see how many minutes I had since this would be my first Wrapped😭

It's the top songs that are messed up for me. Seven of my top 13 are songs from an album I listed to a couple times maybe. Several of those I haven't liked or added to any playlists, and one of them is a song I don't really know.

I know I listened to podcasts during the tracking period but there is no podcast part in my Spotify Wrapped
