Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I'm having the same issue I have never listened to a single song of my top 5 artist and I don't even listen to spotify this much so my numbers are all wrong.

All this wait for nothing. I’m usually excited about Spotify wrapped and the past years were alright. Last year’s was good. However this year it was so disappointing. What happened to the top genres and type of listener etc? The day list random genre name thing is ridiculous. It’s so 0 effort. Spotify had standards previously. Pls do better next year. This year’s wrapped is a 0/5. Want more feedback? Just go have a look at X/twitter

Kinda stupid you can't view it on a computer. I don't know if I'm schizo or not but I thought we could last year or the one before that. Either way bad decision to not have it on a browser I think.

**bleep**. This is the same for me. I used third party trackers and they all had Katy number 1. Im shocked. I listen to her all day everyday and not even one song appeared.

I checked out my spotify wrapped and everything is correct but I noticed I wasn’t getting the slides about total songs listened to as well as total artists. I saw others were getting this on theirs but not on mine?

Sadly, it doesn’t randomize on open this year. However, it feels strikingly more polished this year. Could we have a button that allows us to randomize the wrapped instead of it auto randomizing?

Hey! My Wrapped isn’t loading the videos, it just jumps to the end. 

Example: the page of the Top 1 Artist goes directly to the artist, the video before isn’t loading.

My wrapped is not even on there and I even updated it and everything

I just watched my Wrapped and it was filled with artists I’ve never heard of and a genre I don’t listen to. I was allegedly in the top 0.05% of listeners for a classical pianist I’ve never heard. Additionally, my top 5 artists and top 5 songs were ALL people I’ve never heard of and songs I’ve never heard.

I don't see my wrapped on my homepage so I went to the Spotify wrapped website and when it redirected me to the Spotify Web player nothing changed and my wrapped is nowhere to be seen. I can only see my top songs playlist but the slideshow isn't there.

Super disappointed that this year didn't have "top genres" like it has all past years. The "music evolution" was just 3 random months of listening, I'd much rather have the whole year

Today i tried to open my spotify wrapped, while it was shown, the moment i click on it it just skips all stories to the end in less then a second. I am on the latest version of app on android and nothing i have tried works.

Howdy! United States, Premium Duo plan. I was looking at my Spotify Wrapped and noticed that a certain song wasn't on anything. My top song had 55 listens and I know with complete certainty that I had songs that had more than 55 listens on them. Looking at external tools I have songs that I listened to over 100 times, yet this song with 55 listens is above everything else(some of these top songs aren't even on my top songs of 2024 playlist). Apart from these few songs that should definitely be on my Spotify wrapped, the rest seems fairly accurate.

I have been unable to load my 2024 Wrapped. Through desktop, Android or iPhone, Xbox, and my car...even with the most updated app

Hey, the total amount of minutes of my wrapped seams quite low, only 8'000 but I listen at least one hour every day ? Something must be off...
