Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hi, I love Spotify, but my wrapped playlist is wrong. Artists that I listened to once or twice appear in my top playlists, and the ones I actually listened to don't appear in my top playlists. Maybe you can check it out.

Spotify premium, Finland, IOS updated, restarted my phone; still cannot see wrapped. Tried the link from safari, didnt work, my friend sent me the link, didnt work. When am I going to see my wrapped!? Havent had problems like this with my wrapped before.

Spotify says I listened to Ariana Grande, Olívia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenters most this year but I didnt even listened to them l??

My spotify wrapped top songs seem not right. Also the minutes listened seem way too low. I listen to the same minimum of music every day and this year is lower than my minutes listened the last couple of years. Another issue is the song Tase by sabrina carpenter I find super annoying and don't listen, yet it keeps getting thrown in between heavy metal songs that I listen to and Playlists made by spotify that aren't even a similar genre to the song. Although I've hidden it it still pops up.

This year was so disappointing. It genuinely felt like they put no love into wrapped this year. Last year was SO. GOOD. It was so pretty and creative and we got to listen to other people's top songs and make wrapped playlist with them

Did they just quickly put out something??? Dude they not even work on it? It was so bland or ugly. I think the visuals were ai generated. Like...they barely had any fun & quirky messages. Idk. I wasn't feeling it. 0/10 stars. 2023 and 2020 were AMAZING. Is this our future??? Condemned to uncool Spotify wrapped?

They put Odetari as my top artist despite me listening to one song of his and putting Fiona Apple on repeat since June. Even put another one of his songs as my number 5 even though I tried listening to it once, maybe twice.

I have absolutely wrong top songs and artists. Its literally nothing I ever listened to. Is there a way you can fix this?

I can’t find my ‘Your Music Evolution 2024’. I tried looking at the wrapped feed and the made for you feed but can't find it. It does not show up in my wrapped 2024.

I’m having the exact same problem and I listen to podcasts all the time - probably more than music - so idk why mine hasn’t shown up. My wrapped story was super short this year for some reason

Hi, my spotify wrapped doesn’t load up. My app is updated, my phone is updated, but nothing loads. The images for the playlist don’t even load. I’ve tried on the web page as well and that doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it & that as well doesn’t work. I’m starting to wonder if my account may have been compromised.

I listened to music everyday for a couple hours this year, however my wrapped says I only had 27,081 minutes, which is almost the same as last year when I had only been using Spotify for two months before wrapped came out, and I have listened to music more often than then even.

I love using Spotify, it helps me listen to my favorite songs, but my wrapped is wrong in my top, songs, even artists and I actually wanted to see my favorite artists but for some reason they are not there, can you fix this?

My Wrapped is my 8 year old’s data because it’s 2024 & you still won’t let Kid Accounts be played on Amazon Echo devices. 

Every kid has an Amazon or Google device in their room to play music on. They don’t have their iPads in their rooms. My kid sleeps listening to music on her echo dot, and since Spotify won’t allow her to play HER account on her Echo Dot, she uses mine. 

This is so annoying & parents have been asking for this simple fix for YEARS. What do we have to do to finally get this done? I’m tired of Taylor Swift being my #1 artist. I hate Taylor Swift. 

Make My Wrapped Mine Again. Let kid accounts be played on Echo devices.

My Question or Issue

When I open my wrapped it doesn't go in like a smooth video it's like only pictures, so i don't see the cool animation
