Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

THIS!! It was just an advert for Google. Speaking of Google, my mother's youtube music recap (which bear in mind she's on free plan and im on spotify premium) was WAYYYYY better than this nonsense.

None of the artist clips from wrapped will play. I’ve made sure the app is updated, closed and opened the app, restarted my phone, nothing. Internet is fine too.

It’s just trash, my top song is a song I’ve never even heard and my minutes are diminished completely, there’s no way my minutes nearly halved since last year

Hi my wrapped doesn’t reflect any of the songs I’ve been listening to since August for definite, how can it be looked into please

I would love more than anything to also see what albums weve listened to the most- sometimes my favorite songs wont be on my top listened because its in an album that I shuffled very often that has a lot of other songs.  There are so many artists that I love that could have gotten more recognition! It is also another section to look forward to, so I think that would be a really cool addition in the future.

You have to go to phone settings and and search for ”motion” and turn it on. You may have reduce motion turned on.

Hi team, this is my second year in a row with all my tops songs coming off the same album. Please consider a “Top Albums” list for us as well. I know Apple Music already includes this information. It’s a bit disappointing not to know. Please consider adding this for folks who enjoy an artists full experience. Thank you for considering!

This is extremely disappointing.  If I wanted to use the app I'd already be using it.  I listen to Spotify only on my computer and they actually have an app you can download for the computer so it seems like they should share the info there as they did last year. Certainly anything that can be displayed on a phone can be displayed on the computer.  I hope Spotify sees this post and how many of us are looking for the info but can't get it.

Why can't I access wrapped on my laptop like I did last year, I don't have a phone and therefore cannot use the mobile app.

I must admit i was a bit disappointed by Wrapped this year, out of all the music that I've listened too this year its only highlighted how the Daily Playlists aren't diverse enough and take too much from the "Commercial Considerations" from the recommendation and have played the same songs over and over again. Like its my own fault for listening to them but it just goes to show how poor the Discover algorithm has been recently.

Is there a way to opt out of the videos from the Artists? its literally the worst part of Wrapped and spoils it for me, I didn't like it last year and feel its redundant. Well, it was the worst part until this year i noticed the AI nonsense stuff plastered all over my home screen. We need options to not have it, its really putting me off.

I have the same problem as some other people here. My wrapped can't be accurate, at least not my most played songs. My #1 song was a song i don't really actively listen too. According to wrapped I played it 16 times this year, which may be correct, however I can think of several songs I have had small obsessions with and thus played way more than this...

My wrapped is totally inaccurate. 4 out of 5 top tracks I've listened to maybe once or twice when I KNOW I've had songs literally on repeat. Same goes for top artists, where 3 turn out to be the same guy cranking out AI tracks on three different accounts it seems? This is very disappointing. I pay for premium and Spotify knows damn well how excited their users are to see their wrappeds. Would appreciate it if this could be fixed.

I spent 61,352 mins listening to music, far less than I spent listening to podcasts. I was really wanting to see my podcast stats!

My top artist on wrapped this year is someone I've never listened to or heard of before. I thought someone may be using my account, but I checked a number of other websites that have Spotify statistics, and this artist shows up no where in my top artists on any other website. I'm so confused and a little disappointed.

I cannot see it and when forced manually it says there isn't one for me even though my friends got theirs. I definitely listened to a lot. Please try and fix it.

I had 2 artists I dont even recognize in my top 5 artists/have never listened to. Wonder if its a ploy to get me to look them up and play their music, maybe their record has a deal with spotify? My top 5 songs seemed accurate-ish though.

The fact that they STILL haven't added a option for PC is absolutely astonishing. they simple dont care it seems!
