Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Same here! My #2 song was new to me and is not even a genre I listen to. And I barely listen to my last top artist.

I pay $120 a year for premium and can't get the same statistics as my friends. My wrapped this year only told me my top artists and songs. It didn't tell me how many time i streamed my top song or any other interesting statistics. Spotify has disappointed more then just me with this years Spotify wrapped. Like come on what in gods name is "Surf Crush Beach Reggae Rock" It sounds to me like someone just used AI to create this years wrapped. I would never switch to apple music but I've also never been this close to making the horrible switch.

Dear Spotify Team,

First of all, I want to thank you for creating Spotify Wrapped each year. It’s like my favourite holiday. However, I was a bit disappointed this year because some features that made Wrapped so special in the past seemed to be missing.

There were no Top Genres, which I always found to be a fun way to see how diverse my music taste is.

The interactive and playful elements from previous years were absent, which added a lot of charm.

The personality assesments (e.g., what kind of music listener I am) were also missing.

Overall, Wrapped felt a bit simple and less creative compared to previous years.

I really appreciate the effort you put into this feature every year and hope these elements can make a return in the future. Wrapped has always been a highlight for me, and I’m sure many other users missed these details as well.

I didn’t even get a AI podcast thing. the only new thing this year. first they said i didn’t qualify, then they said it was randomly generated so they wouldn’t be able to help me. i completely agree that it doesn’t have the same energy put into it as last year. A big ad for the notebook AI.

Yeah, this very blatant dark pattern stuff makes me want to get the app far less, rather than more. For other people searching: if you search "spotify wrapped" on the desktop app you can at least see your Your Top Songs 2024 playlist.

I havent gotten any artist messages and wondering what are the requirements to get it.
I was a 0,005% listener of Voila and thought was going to get one but didnt
Also didnt get the AI podcast and dunno why or how either

He tenido mi cuenta durante unos años y este año tuve un plan premium que se agotó y cuando cambié mi plan premium me empezaron a tomar en cuenta el spotify wrapped desde que cambié de plan y no desde que comenzó el año y me gustaría saber si se puede hacer algo para ver el tiempo real que tuve durante todo el año de spotify

i don’t belive my top artists are correct, you can fact check this with other music tracking websites like i have been and the top artists are 100% incorrect without a doubt. i have not listened to drake since LAST YEAR. please reply telling me what you’re going to do to mix this absolute madness because im not having this as my wrapped

I cant see my Music Evolution!! But I definitely meet the crtieria for it and I have my spotify wrapped. I didnt get a Music Evolution slide or playlist.

i cant see my wrapped again after i accidentally clicked off of it. how do i see it again.

My wrapped is wrong and I am furious and dissapointed. My "top song" is a song that I genuinely hate. In fact I would like it to be removed from this world. So I certainly haven't heard it enough to be my top song. Please help me fix it, or someone else is using my account which is also a problem.
