Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I have a very similar issue as well. When I really like a song I tend to listen to on repeat and I’ve had issues with songs not being placed in the on repeat playlist recently. Come to find out those same songs that had issues didn't make it to the “your top songs 2024” playlist and I believe the streams weren’t counted on my spotify wrapped towards the song or the artist. I have a backed up stats.fm account and checked statsforspotify to confirm that my wrapped was incorrect. The 2024 wrapped felt as if nearly the entire aug - nov was just neglected. This is the first year I felt like my wrapped was just completely wrong.

I have a problem with my wrapped. There are photos and there’s no video and it’s a lot of information missing. Last year was the same and I tried to sign up in other device and it didn’t work. Please what could be happening with my account?

Same. My top 100 is totally out of order. Spotify placed a song that's #17 in the number 9 spot. I can see the actual rank when I click 'share' on the song in the wrapped playlist. And I can't reorder it! I don't know if their system bugged out or what but that seems like the most BASIC part of the wrapped! I hope they fix it.

Hello, I have a bad spotify wrapped because I checked the statistics from the year and on various applications and everything is the same there, but on spotify I have a bad one

I completely agree! I've listened to nearly every episode of the RM podcast on Spotify and I'm almost caught up with the most recent releases. Ever since I discovered her podcast earlier this year, it's been the only thing I listen to on Spotify. I used to enjoy my Discover Weekly playlist to find new music, but now I've given that up because I spend every free moment listening to the RM podcast. I really wanted to see those stats ☹️

Hello, I had my top artist and number one song by the same artist, though I've never heard of the song before and I'm not really familiar with the top artist on my wrapped. It also seemed to have stopped halfway through the year so many artists and songs I listened to are not included. Please fix! I quite enjoy the wrapped part on Spotify and would rather share the correct story.

Yeah I have the exact same problem. Really miffed about it, like I pay for premium and look forward to the wrapped all year and this is what we get??

Android, Premium, latest version of app. I went from Ukraine to Romania not long ago. I can't see my statistics, just a playlist. Read all the information and don't know what should I do. Change my country in Spotify maybe?

Opened my wrapped, paused it to start it again, now it wont play, i get the music and pic but it wont advance to the next slide.

Restarted my phone, no difference.

My Wrapped worked and had the right information as near as I can tell, but I'm incredibly disappointed that there wasn't even a mention of genres except for the pointless "evolution" sequence. I want to know how many genres I listened to over the entire year. Is this because you fired Glenn McDonald? Everyone is remarking on how bland this year's wrapped is, how devoid of creativity. That's what happens when you fire your quality people, the quality of your product suffers. I'm always so excited for the end of the year, loving my past Wrappeds and sharing them around, and being excited again for the next year. But I was really let down today. I just don't even care anymore.

Why can this not be disabled or deleted? I pay for a premium service and I don't want this displayed for the next month.. I'm quite capable of deciding what I like and fully respect some people love the feature.. I utterly hate it!

Same here!!! My AI podcast and stats for Spotify both said my top song was Claire de Lune, which would make sense as I listen to it many times most nights, but it was not at all featured in my top tracks and my top 5 songs were completely different than what stats for Spotify displayed. Bizarre! I would really like this fixed
