We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My Spotify wrapped jumps from #16 to #25. I'm missing a whole ten songs 😭

Also the quality is so low that it's clearly AI generated from top to bottom and I am registering a very strong complaint against that, Spotify literally came into existence as the Playlist Site because REAL PEOPLE were making quality playlists.

When my friend sends me a link to their Wrapped, and I click the link, it opens my Wrapped, with no option to show theirs. It also happened going the other way, I sent the link and in their end when clicked on, it opened their wrap, not mine. Why, what’s going on with that?

Also see my most played song is definitely not right, says I played it 21 times since April, geez, I played one song more times last week (and November in general) than that!

I have Spotify premium and mine just looks like a copy of last year and I've not been listening to the same song at all! 2 of my top 5 I always skip if them come on and my top artists I've not really listened to this year, definitely something is up. Was looking forward to my wrapped up but now I don't really care about it.

I have a similar issue. My Spotify randomly played a song called 'Silence 10 Minutes' (which literally plays silence) by the artist 'Silence Moments' a few times without me choosing it. Now it's my top song, and it's really frustrating that I can't remove it.

I got my wrapped but its not sliding or moving, i just see the image and hear the music but nothing else like the aditional data that it gives on each slide Since the moment it got out and id like to see the aditional info like what was the day i used spotify the most etc like everyone else that i saw theirs it was showing

I got my Spotify Wrapped, and there is just no way that I only listened for 28,000 minutes. I did the math, and that is only around 19 days' worth of music. I listen to Spotify every day! I was expecting it to be way more time. Is there any way that this is incorrect?

it doesn’t let me see my wrapped. Tried on web, and the desktop app on a Chromebook and it’s not there. United States !

I am in the same boat. Considering I am in the top 1% of listeners (for minutes listened) and have a premium account Spotify has PLENTY of my data. Very disappointed that I miss out on these features (that by the sound of it have no remedy).  Spotify has been egging us on for WEEKS about wrapped - this outcome is making me reconsider using their platform.

child on premium family plan , macbook browser , us  . my wrapped acts like it's like january or something in that i can only see my 2024 top songs playlist , and only on my un-updated (can't update due to computer issues) macbook app  . i use macbook browser mainly , but i also have the app for both macbook and ipad  . i got wrapped last year so i assume i'm eligible this year  .

I have premium for several years. I made sure that I have latest version pf the application, and for some reason I cant see my 2024 wrapped.

So I checked today my Spotify wrapped and it was there, but I don’t have AI podcast like the others. 

I have premium plan, I have access to everything Spotify need and tbh WHY AM I THE ONLY PERSON WHO CANT HAVE IT :(( 

When I click on the link, I just get information like this “ We don’t have an AI Podcast for you” and then ad about NotebookLM.

Some of the songs from my "top songs of 2024" are wrong, especially after my top 12. And some that I actually listened to A LOT are not there.

I am having the same issue. I don’t have a slide with the total number of songs played that year, number of artists discovered or my biggest listening day.. which I don’t understand because I pay for a premium duo account and my other half got all this information on his. And one answer from the ai bot was that it didn’t have enough data- I’ve used it more than he has with his 9k minutes this year and my 15k. My account is flooded with AI suggestions after updating Nov 24th. 
I will be canceling my 8 year subscription if this is how it’s going to look.

Can Spotify Wrapped be made not just exclusive to mobile users? I don't have a phone to view my Wrapped on and its very frustrating that I can't just access it on my laptop like I was able to do in prior years.

I don't have my Wrapped 😞 Upon clicking on Wrapped it shows only Most Popular Global and that's it.
