Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

 

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

Mine is all wrong also.  What up Spotify? 

My wrapped it’s more short than the others of my friends: they have like 12 category and I have only 9. I don’t have in my wrapped “Your musical evolution” category, please fix that problem 🙏🙏🙏

I'm having the same issue on Android (Samsung S22 Ultra) and I don't see any settings that seem like they affect it.

I have been a dedicated spotify user for several years getting most of my friends and family to switch over. I am also a teacher and I use Spotify to play kidz bop for my kids at school but I don’t personally enjoy kidz bop. I listen to it so much with my kids at school that it was my top artist this year. I am devastated because that does not represent me. Is there any way I can get a Spotify wrapped without kidz bop so I can get a playlist that truly represents me?

Same issue here - my Unwrapped has two bands in the top 5 that I don't listen to, and other bands are mentioned that I've listened to once to see if I like. 

Update: I looked in the FAQ and it said to go to phone settings > animation and make sure animation is enabled. That fixed it for me.

I attempt to view my Wrapped and it plays through all of the slides within a few seconds. Then ends on my final Wrapped scores. All within 5 seconds or less. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I listen to one podcast daily but it did not show up at all on my list of podcasts.

My top 5 songs and artists are right, expect te n1 song... Wich I didn't listen once throughout the year. It doesn't even say how many times I played the song (because it's 0)

Mine was completely wrong as well. I wanted to see if it was possible to be an artists #1 fan. Using stats.fm, I tracked my data for this artist and had accumulated over 180,000 minutes in 2024. Spotify wrapped said I only had 118,000 minutes, which is more than a 60,000 minute discrepancy. My top 2 songs were also inaccurate and not at all what I listened to the most. And in case you're wondering, my minutes put me in the top 0.0001% of this artist's fanbase. Not sure if there is anything higher, but guess I won't know what my true minutes would have given me. Lame.

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I am very unhappy with my Spotify Wrapped 2024, which in no way reflects my actual listening this year. This summary is completely off the mark and does not represent the artists and tracks that I really enjoyed.

To give you some context:

My account was hacked earlier this year, which resulted in fraudulent listening.

I have secured my account (changed password, logged out of all devices) and downloaded my Spotify archives to clean up this data, I am attaching the archive.

I was looking forward to my musical retrospective, because I really enjoyed my listening this year. Seeing statistics that have no connection with my current tastes completely ruins this experience.

I want my Wrapped to be recalculated to reflect my real listening. This seems normal to me as a loyal user of your platform.

Please correct this quickly.

I don’t have it either but as far as I knew everyone else got it also, have premium also.

I have the free Spotify. When I open my app I can see the wrapped banner, but the background is just black, and when I open it, all of the images that are supposed to be there are not. I can see my artist messages and top songs playlist, but my wrapped will not load. There is no error message, and it looks like what they had up before wrapped was released. 

What do I do if wrapped is getting some super wrong info? My "top artist" for the year I have never even listened to.

My wrapped MUST be wrong, in top 2 i got an artist that only listened to at the start of the year, not even a lot than other artists.

I can‘t see my Top Podcasts in my Spotify Wrapped. Where can I find it/ activate it?

Premium Duo- iOS- USA

I will be canceling my subscription if this isn’t corrected.
This year I am missing a bunch of information. I did not get the same slides as my partner although I pay for a premium duo membership.

my account is missing the number of artists, the number of songs played, the number of minutes listening is way lower than it should be because my phone is connected at work for the music. I can guarantee that I listen to at least 8 hours a day (my shift) 6-7 days a week. In three weeks I’ll have my total minutes listened for the year. I know this to be incorrect I’ve been on the speaker at my work since January.

I even went into the playlist playground to ask why. It suggested maybe I didn’t have enough data- again false not only because I am playing it daily at work but also because my partner who did receive all the information I am missing- is only at 9k minutes and mine showed 15k. So even with number of minutes being wrong the fact I’m missing slides with my data can’t be due to not enough if he received them with less.

Is there a way to get this information or should I cancel my subscription. I spent so many hours and months trying to discover new artists I’ve never played before and trying out new things. None of this showed. All that time and I can’t even see the results.

My spotify wrapped is missing the "Your Music Evolution" story and I don't see the playlist either

My top 100 playlist, one of my favorite things about the app is 100% inaccurate. I'm very disappointed in Spotify wrapped and may be pulling my subscription at the end of the month if this doesn't get fixed or addressed. It's wild. Wrapped is why I am using this app.
