Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Same thing for me, i got songs that I listened to a lot last year and barley this year. I listened to Tyler, the Creator most of the time and it gave me the complete opposite of Tyler, the Creator for my most listened to songs. The only thing wrapped got right was the artists and most listened to artists.

give us life path number titles based on the taste example: (the seeker) (the adventurer),

albums as sun, moon, rising, towns with similar taste. Mythical Spirit animals based on music taste. Get rid of the AI stuff.

Not only was my wrapped not accurate but it's also filled with low quality AI garbage. Who asked for this? This service gets so much worse every year.

My Wrapped is made up almost entirely of songs and artists I’ve never listen or even know.  What's wrong ?

Same, I listened to Creep Cast for soo many hours this year but it wasn't included. I'm seeing lots of people posting on Instagram stories of their top podcasts so why didn't it do it for everyone?  😞

What are the eligibility criteria for having a personal retrospective on Spotify? I don't have a premium subscription, but I do have a Spotify account, the app is always up to date, and I've been listening to podcasts all day for years. I've never had a retrospective available. Thanks!

I just made a reply to this agreeing that they r dumb as **bleep** and this years is so bad the apparently fired the dude that was rly important to making it work like actualy dumbasses but it tells me to log in when I have already logged in and am in my account rn typing this and then somthing goes wrong and it deletes my whole comment love u Spotify u always somehow coke out on top when it comes to being annoying**bleep**

I want to know what happened with my wrapped because the songs is completely off. I’ve listened to one specific song way to much and it’s not even in my playlist with the top 50 or something.

This wrapped is terrible and inaccurate. You gave me the label of “ Pink Pilates princess strut pop“ … like what, Melody? Who approved that garbage? That’s tacky, insulting and just stupid. Beyond disappointed in your “ thank you” to users. If were such a joke to you then we will be switching to Apple Music after this billing cycle. Good riddance!

My stats and those of a lot of my friends seem pretty off, and it seems like a lot of other people are having the same problem. Combined with how AI-heavy the wrapped features and the app lately in general have been, it makes me think you guys just ran the stats through a faulty AI program or something. I'm disappointed

I can't scroll up to my wrapped feed. I've tried both the app and web version and both don't work. I click home then attempt to scroll and it physically can't. Playlists (some) from the wrapped are showing up.

I need you to check my Wrapped 2024. You are telling me that 2 of my most listened singers are two women who are part of a band, that can't be right. The band is RBD, the singers are Dul and Anahí. I only listen to RBD and 2 Anahí's songs. You should check this please. It's like I were listening to Jonas brothers and at the end you tell me I listen to Joe and Nick more. Please. HELP!!!
