We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

EDIT: Ok nvm, I read on site that only in couple countries it’s an available, ofc not in my (Poland). I will leave this thread, for some1 who has same problem, but need different solution :3

100% agree!  I was looking forward to seeing where the artists I listened to come from, top genres etc.  Instead I got the half assed attempt we're all seeing with almost no humour, no suggestions on something different to listen to, and the bland AI DJ **bleep**.

Lift your game Spotify.  Paying for premium and getting boring, bland AI **bleep** isn't good enough.

Best and boldest yet?  Talk about full of it.

Why go out of your way to install a 3rd party tool such as bluestacks to view wrapped.
I mean, if you're that desperate, sure. But personally, I wouldn't trust them with my login info.

Hi! For some reason, my Wrapped doesn’t have these funny summaries for each month (like “September was your Pink Pilates Princess Pop month, etc.») like I saw others did. Do you know how to fix this?

I'm missing the genre slide in my wrapped. Everything else is there like listening minutes, top songs/artists, etc, but the genre slide with the AI generated monthly titles isn't. How can I get this slide added into my wrapped?

My Spotify Wrapped 2024 includes data from playlists I thought I had marked to "Exclude from [my] taste profile" because I listen to them while sleeping. I am almost confident that I had marked to exclude these playlists, but unfortunately most of my Spotify Wrapped is full of songs from these two playlists and mucks up all the statistics! This is incredibly disappointing because I was so looking forward to this year's Wrapped, but almost all 5 hours of top music are just songs that I listen to while sleeping which is so not exciting.

Is there a way to redo my Wrapped but excluding the appropriate playlists?

I truly wish I could see my top podcasts. I have a premium family account and I'm in the usa, however I don't have the recent IOS update.

I'm having the same problem, it says I've been listening to Artic Monkeys like all year and its not even on any playlists I listen to.

I have almost 100,000min listened and did’nt get it either. Maybe the issue is that I didn’t really to podcasts this year? Or maybe it’s a english speaking country exclusive feature?

My spotify wrapped doesnt match my songs and the playlist I listened for the entire year. I have some artists I never listened before in my top 5😂. 

I have my 2024 wrapped or the one of someone else???

Hi, My top 5 artists I have NEVER listened to or heard of.  Has someone hacked / hijacked my account? Can I review what devices are accessing my account?

i really want spotify wrapped on laptop because my phone broke and i want to see my spotify wrapped.

I have photos which show my Spotify Wrapped for this year is wrong… I want to know when I can have a new one sent out since mine is clearly wrong. Three different apps, then followed by my Spotify wrapped. Someone tell me what I’m missing. I got ones telling me my top 5 songs all from these apps and they all say the same thing… but say something completely different than my Spotify wrapped. I have Spotify Premium, am apparently in the top 2% of listeners, and my app is the latest version, but somehow there’s not enough data to generate a Music Evolution for me?! wth Spotify? Can’t even tell me what my “moments” with fun silly aesthetics/genres were? I was looking forward to that one!!! 💔💔💔

Pretty sure one of my top artists is wrong too. Listened to them loads last year but not much this year at all. What is going on? 😂
