Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Same for me, I have a video game composer who's soundtrack I listen to on repeat at work and somehow that artist and songs are mentioned no where in my wrapped. I have Last.FM linked and it correctly displays the data.

I never heard about my number one song. I don't know the artist and don't like of this kind of music.

My data was completely wrong. I wanted to see if it was possible to be an artists #1 fan. Using stats.fm, I tracked my data for this artist and had accumulated over 180,000 minutes in 2024. Spotify wrapped said I only had 118,000 minutes, which is more than a 60,000 minute discrepancy. My top 2 songs were also inaccurate and not at all what I listened to the most. And in case you're wondering, my minutes put me in the top 0.0001% of this artist's fanbase. Not sure if there is anything higher, but guess I won't know what my true minutes would have given me. Lame.

Spotify needs to fix this. Inaccurate and completely uninspired and lack creativity. A MAJOR downgrade from previous iterations of Wrapped

My Wrapped top listened to songs and artists are wrong. I listen to a game composer at work nearly on a loop, and other services (last.fm) show this composer as correctly being my top artist.

i didnt get a wrapped this year 😞 

i was looking forward to seeing it but i cant find it anywhere, i even checked account settings and it took me to a site where i have to sign a QR code but i already have the app, can i plz get one?

My Wrapped is wrong, I listened to a lot of bossa nova this year and almost no songs appeared on Wrapped 2024, this doesn't make sense.

Is it possible to fix this?

mine is doing the exact same thing but it only lets me see some of it. My wifi is fine but is there anything that I can do?

Premium family plan, iPhone, Florida

app is (and has been) continuously updated. Spotify isn’t showing the “wrapped” button at the top of any screen. When I search for 2024 wrapped and click on it the app takes me back to my homescreen

Spotify Wrapped 2024 is a major letdown. The removal of the city music taste comparison feature gutted what made the experience unique. This year's design feels lazy and uninspired compared to 2023's creative approach.

What happened? The magic is gone, and as a loyal user, I deserve an explanation for this downgrade.

Hi my Spotify wrapped is different to every one else. I don’t get any animation or video playing, it is just a snapshot of the slide, for example it dosent tell me how many artists I have listened to. Is there a way to fix this?

Do you think they will updated the wrapped including podcasts? I listened to more than 3 and I exclusively listened to all podcasts especially The Joe Rogan Podcast on Spotify, I was in the top 6% last year and wanted to beat it this year... It definitely included the minutes but nothing on podcasts showed up on my wrapped at all.

I’m debated my wrapped doesn’t include the podcast slide. I am based in the US. It just is missing, I clicked through my friends and they all just have an extra slide for podcasts and I don’t. Please fix this I was looking forward to it all year.

I have Spotify premium while living in the US. And still haven't received it. I'm assuming it's a queue system, give it a few days!

Why doesn't the 2024 Wrapped include podcast stats? I exclusively use Spotify to listen to podcasts, especially for Joe Rogan. I was in the top 6% last year and really wanted to get higher this year. Most of the minutes they have calculated are from listening to podcasts, I think I had 8 hours one day, so I am really wondering why this is not featured at all.. (Yes I listened to more than 3 shows on Spotify)

Same issue my number 5 artist is someone I barely listen to and doesn't have a single song in my top songs of 2024 so I can't see how they have made it into my top 5 artists...

This is insane. I'm blind and use a screen-reader, I do not have a smartphone or a mobile app. I could access Wrapped via my PC last year, and in fact had only discovered the feature last December. And this year I find I can't access it at all! Because it's only available on the mobile app! And I'm not the only one upset by this situation! And they still do nothing! It may be difficult for people to believe, but some of us like using our computers, and quite a few of us don't have smartphones at all!

I'm a premium member, I should not be having features locked away from me.

The silly genre names and AI podcast are a big miss. The genre names are weird and in some cases in poor taste. Also if you can't train the AI to pronounce names, maybe don't have it saying people's names repeatedly throughout this ridiculous "podcast".

It's also really off putting to have this AI generated commentary about people's listening habits and top music. It commented on my "emo" listening taste at times of year when I had loved ones pass away. And of course your AI has no context for that and shouldn't be set up to make a lil fun commentary when you have zero context. In some scenarios I'm sure the AI podcast will be funny or enjoyable for folks, but for some of us it's really out of touch.
 
I normally look forward to my wrapped and this year was a big let down, and honestly has me considering other platforms.
