Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Me too. I have premium and I'm from the US. And I saw someone with only 15,000 minutes of listening get it but not me with about 30k. Idk

My wrapped is not accurate and I can prove it. The song espresso showed up in my top 5 which is crazy bc I listen to other songs way more. So I checked stats for Spotify which in the last six months that song was at #35 and the song came out in August. So I could not have possibly listened to it prior to that. Sabrina was also in my top artists and I've only listened to her the last few months and stats for Spotify shows her at 9th place behind some of my favorite artists. That and my number two artist on there for the last 12 months didn't show up at all. Can we have a redo because I'm seeing this everywhere?! It's not just me and I know I'm not the only person who gets really excited for their wrapped. P.s I listen to a ton of music this year and my minutes or somehow the same as 2 years ago when I didn't listen to that much music.

I have my wrapup but I don't have music evolutions! I don't have that playlist either I only have' my favorite songs of the year' playlist

24357/60=405.95 hours per year. So a little more than an hour a day.

Should be able to see 2023 statistics and before in the "wrapped" because how much data would this really cost your systems? Just saying...

My wrapped had music iI had never listened to in the top 100 playlist and in the slideshow. I’m not sure how many other people had this issue as well as made up data for wrapped. Genres were not included in this wrap either, and there was not a mood slide or anything fun that is normally included. After the longer than usual wait this was just very disappointing. This is by far the worst wrapped yet and I hope for this to either be made up with a great presentation next year, or have a fixed wrap soon. The wrap is the most distinct thing about Spotify that has been the reason I haven’t gotten Apple Music, tragic to see Spotify’s best quality go away.

Premium plan, iOS, USA, my spotify wrapped minutes played seems very low for the amount i use my account. also, some of my top songs are songs i didnt listen to that much

I can't find mine too. I seen it for the past 2 years and now I can't find my 2024 one.

Mine was completely wrong as well. I wanted to see if it was possible to be an artists #1 fan. Using stats.fm, I tracked my data for the artist and had accumulated over 180,000 minutes throughout 2024. Spotify wrapped said I only had 118,000 minutes, which is more than a 60,000 minute discrepancy. My top 2 songs, and other top artists, were also inaccurate and not what I listened to the most. And in case you're wondering, my minutes put me in the top 0.0001% of this artist's fanbase. Not sure if there is anything higher, but guess I won't know what my true minutes would have given me. Lame.

My top song listed is something I’ve never played or heard of before. I don’t have a shared account. How’d you guys come up with this? It’s not even a saved song on any of my playlists and it was noted I played it 136 times!

My Spotify wrapped is definitely wrong too it’s telling me my top song I know listened to 5 times when I know for sure I’ve listened to other many, many more times than that. It also said my top artist was an artist I have one song on my playlist from who I barely listen to. It’s definitely wrong and I was looking forward to it only to be disappointed

Hi, at the beginning of this year I had left my Spotify logged in at work and someone pranked me by putting a song on repeat over the weekend.  Now on my Wrapped it's popped up as my top song even though I had asked in the settings to remove from my analytics.  Is there a way to remove it from my Wrapped 2024?

How long has this thing been going and they still haven't worked out how to list artists or songs without clipping the band name and song title? JUST DO A CHART and learn how to wrap text.
