Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Doesn't really make sense that I can't view it in a browser or in the desktop version of Spotify. You guys need to get it together, it's about to be 2025 and you don't even have multi-device support for something you yourselves are promoting?

I've always looked forward to my Wrapped, but this year I don't have all the same slides as what my friends are sharing, including the 2024 Music Evolution. I notice there are others with the same issue. Are there eligibility requirements that restrict some users? This year's Wrapped sequence seemed amazingly short and a bit disappointing compared to previous years.

Hello, my top of the most listened to artists is fine, I just have one question, I almost never listen to Kim Loaiza and it came out at number 5, I don't understand.

Disappointed in the lack of categories and depth of stats presented. Did the person who lost their job to AI  go to Apple Music? I always insist that Spotify is the better of the two, and after seeing the difference for wrapped this year, I am sad to see we have dropped the ball.

That link does not resolve the issue, it is only an advertisement for wrapped and for the mobile app.

My wrapped artists have two artists I have never heard of before and only have like 2 songs each. This seems like an error to me. Can this be resolved?

I agree.  I do not know any of the songs on my list!  Totally wrong.

My Question or Issue

Spotify Wrapped podcast element does not work, it says “we don’t have a podcast for you.” I have deleted cache, logged in and out, deleted app, turned phone off and on. No updates available. Just doesn’t work. Customer service was unhelpful and said they can’t fix it, best they can do is offer a free month of premium. I’m in the top 25% of listeners so it’s not like some people I’ve seen where they didn’t get a podcast because they didn’t have enough listening time.

My 2024 Wrapped is only dated back to September 2024. I’ve been using Spotify for years and I’m a premium member. My wrapped is completely wrong because of this, 2 artists I’ve hardly listened to and don’t even like are on it.

Rotem, cant get into my wrapped its says something wrong, and today the my wrapped doesn’t appear at all (only the option to see the world wrapped playlist)

Hi my top song in wrapped 2024 is one I’ve never heard before and haven’t, to my knowledge, ever played. The rest of my list makes sense. I don’t share my account. Can you think of why this has happened? Cheers Liam

I am having the same problem, and I also tried the link but it just sent me to the regular home page. I even tried searching it up but it didn't work at all. It just showed me the wrapped 2023 playlist. I'll keep trying different things but I really can't figure it out.

I have the same problem. I can't get it on my phone, but often can't access settings and other features, like wrapped, and I really don't know what I'm supposed to do here.

Yeah same, I listened to one band a few times in January and haven’t listened since and they’re somehow my 3rd top artist despite listening to MANY other artists many other times. I’m shocked that one of my other top artists is in my top five—in fact I don’t think I’ve listened to them at all this year?
