Hey!
Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.
We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.
Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.
You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:
We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.
Please note:
Wrapped may not be available to all users, as it’s subject to specific eligibility criteria. Before posting here we encourage you to ensure you’re on the latest version of the app, and read this year’s FAQ in the Support Site for more information.
My Spotify wrapped is incorrect. Somehow you took data from this past month and applied it to January 2024. An artist that i just discovered last month was somehow one of my top three from January which is impossible. the other two artists were also not actually from jan 2024. Not sure how this even happened but its a glaring issue. Additionally, the overall quality of this year’s spotify wrapped was much lower than previous years.
Hi, I am confused about who my #1 artist is. In the wrapped presentation it said Drake and Bad Bunny was #2. But the Wrapped Ai podcast said Bad Bunny was my top artist, which I feel is probably more accurate. Would love to see the data behind wrapped to see which artist is actually my #1.
my wrapped isent working on chrome web app on my school computor
O jeez, That sucks. I'm having the same problem but it seems that they for some reason changed the settings. I've always been able to access it on my chromebook, and this is seriously disapointing.
I definitely think we should try to tell a mod/staff member about this issue bc almost every desktop user is having this issue.
Had same problem. Finland, IOS, Premium. Being user over 10 years and this is first time when Wrapped doesnt work.
There is NO REASON owl city should be in my top 5 artists!
My wrapped is incredibly inaccurate, and it has been for the past several years. I go to the gym nearly every day and am listening to music from the moment I get in my car to the moment I get home again. This venture alone is well over two hours, which should give me at least 48,000 minutes alone, not even counting long plane rides, road trips, day to day drives, or any kinds of travel where I'm also almost always listening to music for hours on end. Every year it says my minutes are in the 24,000s, and has all the wrong songs in my top 5. This year my top song was "Virginia Beach" by Drake. I listened to it maybe 4 or 5 times in total, I don't even like that song. Meanwhile there are other songs that I listen to every day which weren't even on the list. It's very frustrating.
thankss
I don’t see all the features
My Spotify wrapped doesn’t include hardly any podcast info and that is mainly what I listen to. I can’t find my artist clips from podcasters, only musical artists. I listen to EVERY episode of Armchair Expert and some more than once. I wish I could see the artist clip from them. They are my #1 podcast!
@Carobean86 that's probably (at least partially) because spotify only counts music January to early/mid November, so it misses like a month and a half of music. but yeah, there were definitely some miscalculations this time around
Most of the artists in my top 5 are wrong, I can think of a handful of artists I listened to way more than those in my "top 5". Listening minutes are definitely wrong and the actual Wrapped was very boring and basic. With the price increase of premium and the hype surrounding Wrapped this year I was expecting much better
This is very strange, the number 1 song in my wrapped is an obscure song by an artist I have never heard of, and I have NEVER listened to.
So 1/5 most listened to songs are Spotify's choices. Not mine. Let me explain: like March or April when Chappel Roan got big I did listen to her for a few weeks. And she has some great songs obviously. Then I moved on to other artists and albums, and without fail, once I would finish an album or playlist, it would automatically play "Good Luck Babe" next. I love the song in moderation, but by June I was OVER IT and to this day will skip when it starts to play. But like without fail any time a playlist end Spotify says "Oh, I'm assuming you want to go back to this song that you listened to way back in March? Even though you now skip it every time we play it?" And it auto-selected this song enough time that it's in my top 5 songs, which again I don't HATE the song but I skip it because it's so over-played, so I just think it's crazy that Spotify auto-played it enough times to make it one of MY top 5 songs- and it's crazy that it counts as plays even though I skip it almost immediately when it starts. Anyway rant over lol
One month is 43,800 mins. That would infer I spent a month and a half NON-STOP listening to account for the time missing. I promise you, I wasn't that crazy in my pursuit. All of my data was wrong. It told me my top song was something that's #39 on my stats.fm account for the year. This is a complete glitch.
Why have support for it last year, but not this year? It's not like they didn't collect listening data for computer users specifically this year. If that's the case, it shouldn't be hard to implement a feature that you've already developed. Spotify has no excuse for doing this.
At least that's my understanding, if I'm missing something, please let me know.
My Spotify wrapped is completely wrong my top artist should be wave to earth and my most listened month should be November but it only shows what I did the start of the year?
If Spotify could not count alarms in the mix, or have it be able to let us take those tracks out for a more accurate list. I'm totally disappointed.
