Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I have the same problem, i listened almost constantly on my school computer and at home, and on my xbox, and still only 86000 minutes. Plus I didn't get any genre recap. sad smh

I have never listened to a minute of Drake in the year of 2024 alone like the artist and some somehow use my second most listen to artist Now you better get your AI model and check and I don’t want to see Drake on my list next year. No way Drake beat Olivia Rodrigo i am canceling my subscription

My wrapped is completely wrong.  I have never even heard of four my supposed top five artists and none of the top songs.  Looking up the artists on YouTube and the songs have a hundred views.  Logged out everywhere and changed my password assuming I'd been hacked.  Sad.  I was looking forward to Wrapped.

I haven't been able to see 2024 Wrapped on PC, and I've updated everything and tried everything. I remember being able to see it last year on a PC browser, but this year it isn't showing up on both the browser and the app. I don't have a mobile device to see Wrapped on, and the FOMO is really starting to set in.

the spotify wrapped on my phone is slow and incomplete (only shows 2 months despite using spotify all year?) so I was hoping I could view it on PC without the stupid "video montage"

I turned off my Wi-fi and it worked, go figure. Turning on a VPN also seemed to fix it.

So my #1 artist is the composer for my number one album, makes sense. But my number 2-4 artists are all the musicians on that same album! What gives?

Sam here. Too 5 songs I have no interest in, and too artist is Elton John who I never listen to. It is so wrong I swear they looked at someone else’s account. Disappointed to say the least…

Hi I need help too. It says my second most listened to musical artist is an artist I have never heard of before and who is not listed as being even featured in any songs on any of my playlists.. ? But the rest of my wrapped seems real so I am confused. Please someone help 🙂

This year I listened to Don Toliver a lot. And I am **bleep** sure that he should be in my top 5 artists or top songs playlist. But no. I have 0 of his songs on my wrapped playlist. I’m sure that this is a bug or something

A song "NEL by Fuerza Regida" was report as being listened to on repeat over 100 times and I don't even know the song nor do I listen to that genre ... I'm not sure how it even got on my wrapped.

After looking through the wrapped features I discovered I was unable to view my wrapped ai podcast even though I am in an eligible country. Not only that but I was only given characteristics for two months rather than three which everyone else seemed to get. My top artist is definitely wrong as I haven’t consistently listened to them in years. The artists I do listen to were not listed. Overall it was very disappointing to experience. Please try to fix these issues.

Something definitely went wrong this year everything seems to be fine with most things besides minutes listened it's below half of what it has been the past 5 years and this year I've listened to music the most out of those years, it's very frustrating

Wrapped released today, and I was able to see which songs in my "Top Songs of 2024" playlist placed out of 100. I just had to hit Share on mobile with one song in that playlist, and it would give me a preview of what the share screen would look like, including the number placment out of 100. But now when I try to do it, even with songs I've done it with before, it won't show the placement number. Can anyone help me figure out why, and how to fix it? I've attached 2 images of what it looked like before and what it looks like now.
