Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My Spotify wrapped started in June and names an artist I have no recollection of ever hearing!

Premium Duo, IOS, Spain.

I can not see all the information of my Wrapped because I do not see the cinemagraphs, directly I get the end of the stories and forces me to pass them by giving it to pass, it does not even do it alone.

This has not happened to the person with whom I share the duo plan, it works perfectly for her.

I have updated the application and even the phone and it is still like this, I do not know how to fix it and I would like to do it because I lose information such as the day I have played the most content, for example.

Ukraine, iOS, premium. I see a button wrapped, but when I tap it shows me only general top charts ((( but I want to find my individual top from 2024..

My Spotify wrapped is different than my friends. They get to see “how many artists they listened to” & “how many songs they listened to this year”. I don’t have these features on mine. Also their graphics move and mine are just pictures slideshow.

Same here I have all the music stuff (except the album stuff, didn't know that was a thing tbh), but was missing all the podcast info. I listened to probably over a 1000 hours too (if I matched last year).

My wrapped only shows that I have listened ~14k minutes. That's around 230h. I definitely should have more listening minutes. Can probably do these hours in 2 months.

hello! how come with 262000+ minutes this year i get only 8 slides of wrapped comparing to other people's 13? not even a single message from an artist...

The podcast is actually a personalized, AI-generated podcast about what music you listened to during the year, and it doesn't matter if you listened to podcasts or not. I know because two other people in my household got the podcast...and I didn't. Yes, I speak English, yes, I am in the US, yes, I have more listening hours than both of them combined (at 13,625 minutes). No, no one in my household has Premium. No, they do not listen to podcasts on Spotify at all, and for that matter, I hardly ever do myself. Could someone explain?

In my top 5 are two songs that Iiterally don’t even know. How is that possible?

Yeah mine is also completely wrong, the statistics don’t add up it says my song was streamed 1.35k times in the first week… but then says my total streams are 320… listener count and other stats are also completely different to the info in my Spotify for  Artists
