Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Wrapped is not as good this year. Really liked the top genres and where geographically it showed your listening taste in the world last year 2023

Hello, seems like my spotify got messed up and someone used my account to listen to one song non stop, is there a way to remove that one song and artist from the wrap? Just was really dissepointed to find this out cause would have had angerfist 4years in a row as my top artist.

Spotify has apparently serious data issues or is there some bots that are faking listening data? If the listening info is so wrong how does this appear with the musicians? Do they get paid by fake or misleading data that we see in our Wrapped mistakes?

I don’t hold my breath that Spotify is reading these comments. One reason why I am trying to atop using Spotify after using it since the beginning.

An abomination this year, was so inaccurate and so short. I had an artist in my top 5 that I haven’t listened to in years and there was no top genres shown.

I've got the update and it isn't showing for me. I do wonder if it's just some issue from Spotify's end?

Same problem heare. Some random song and artist is my top one. Sad to see that this problem has been up for some years and nothing has been done.

I tried to listen to my wrapped 2024 yesterday walking home from the station, however everytime I closed my phone screen to out it in my pocket the wrapped 2024 stopped playing. Spotify is for my ‘ears’ ( alongside the radio ) you are very specifically not for my ‘eyes’ …… I already have too many things trying to get my attention. Please don’t try to start competing for my ‘eyes’ stay in your lane.

This year's Wrapped is very lacking. No top genres, no new artists, no titles like last two at least. Very disappointed

You should see if you have the "Reduce motion" enabled in your iOS settings. It was the problem for me, when I disabled it, I could see the rewind

Hi, my wrapped page is inaccurate and I am just curious to see if anyone else is having the same problem. My clear number 1 artist and all of his songs are not appearing on my list of artists/songs.

This year, Wrapped feels lifeless and half-assed. The categories in musical evolution smack of something AI-generated (because they probably are: "Pixie Permanent Wave Rock"? Really? That one was funny, at least.)

For the past 5 years, I have gotten 100,000+ minutes, but this year, I got about 30,000, even though I've been listening to my normal amount. Is this a glitch?

It would be really nice to see "wrapped" on my PC, instead of having to fumble on my phone. Immensely stupid decision on Spotify's part...

same thing happened to me.. But the even worse part is, 2 of my top 3 artists are missing

2024 wrapped is SUCH a letdown compared to 2023’s. The “vibe names” are ridiculous! For one of mine it was literally “Mashed Potatoes Banjo Americana” uh- excuse me?! Looks like absolutely zero human connection went into that title. Wrapped legitimately felt like the tackiest, most ai-created **bleep** all the way around. A majority of my artists in my top playlist were not artists I actually listened to regularly outside of maybe a couple months earlier in the year. Maybe I should just give up on Spotify if this is the care and attention provided.. Ive heard there are more statistically correct music services that might actually care to provide a human and NOT AI-driven experience. Such a waste of build up, time, and expectation. Not worth it at all this year!
