Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I don't have premium, so maybe that's why i don't have the music evolution. but that's just classist on part of Spotify.

This year's Spotify Wrapped was disappointing, dreadfully boring and generally a huge let down. Visually it was poorly done, but what's worse, it was boring and provided /nothing/. What is the point of being top 3% of the world in listening if I get /nothing/ fun about it? No personality test, no genres listed, no fun facts, /nothing/.

This is the most disappointing Spoity Wrapped to this day. Better not release it at all if it looks this way. 

You still have 25 days to fix this bizarre flop.

Please release a new Wrapped with actual visuals and statistics for the new year this year.

Same here! Also don't have the "vibe" part and the monthly stats.

The "Your Top Songs 2024" playlist seems super inaccurate. There are songs that I haven't listened to in months at the top and songs I've listen to almost on repeat for a while are not even in the top 100?? Also the ranking number wont show up anymore when I try to share a song...

I used Spotify in the uk and in my top artists there is someone I don’t listen too nor even have a single saved song from and I don’t know why it’s wrong everyone else on the list seems to be correct

My Spotify wrapped is showing me only a raw minimum of information. I didn’t listen to 84.513 minute to only get to know my top five songs and podcasts. I would like to see the same details like every other year.

I can't see my wrapped 2024. Only the last page is able to check. Those stories before the last one were all skipped automatically.

i talked to spotify support and they said the same thing over and over that its only available on mobile app even though most of us still cant see it this is so pathetic

Good afternoon The results for the year are incorrect. Wrong number of minutes, I have many more. Also incorrectly showed favorite artists
