Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Yea, my top artists and top 5 songs just so happen to be mainstream artists, although 95% of the time I’m listening to industrial, synth or punk and metal artists. Something sus is brewing

Hello! Something went wrong with wrapped this year. When I tap on “Wrapped” it opens not my personal, but tops singers and tracks for all people. I have premium, Ukraine, and both years before it was okey with this annual results. And honestly, I really waited to see 2024 💔. All of my friends have it. What can I do, to see my personal “Wrapped”?

Hi, how do I see my wrapped slides on my laptop? I can find the playlist but not the slides.

Hi, premium duo, Ukraine, why do i have less slides of wrapped than i saw in Instagram story one of American actor?? And it's not 1 or 2, it's 5 SLIDES!!! Like I'm really sad because previous year i didn't have one slide also, but it was only my problem and unfortunately it wasn't solved. So my question is, how to get 5 more slides of my Spotify wrapped 2024????

if you’re using an iphone, go to your settings app and type motion in the search bar. it should bring up the accessibility panel. turn off reduce motion if it is turned on and voila!

(not sure though if you’re on android, sorry!)

You can try finding Spotify wrapped in Google. Like just Google "your Spotify wrapped" , and click on it. It worked for me!

Is it like the animation of the story doesnt work ? Bcs I think that I have the same, there is only the last picture of the slide and nothing moves

Hi! Premium account, using Android and Windows, my top 1 song and artist is some old French artist that I have listened 5 times at most this year despite the app saying 127. Can my wrapped be fixed by removing those songs from my account statistics?

My Wrapped slideshow doesn't show either my top 5 songs nor the main slide which shows all the stats at once. I have animations enabled and I'm on Android 14, with the latest Spotify update installed.

I only use spotify for podcasts and apparently if you don't listen to any music at all or at least 30 seconds of 30 songs from 5 different artists then we don't get our own personalised spotify wrapped.  **bleep** really.   So glad I only have the free version of spotify.

Hey guys. I have looked at my wrapped and I believe it is so incorrect. The only thing that is so far off is Taylor Swift - I have listened a couple times but she doesn’t even appear on my top songs in 2024 list so I don’t understand how she’s my most listened to artist. And to be honest it’s quite disturbing and confusing. I’m thinking this has to be a glitch 😬 can you please help? Somehow reset it or take it off?

Hi, I don't think you got my 'top artist listened to' category right. I only have one song liked in my playlist by the artist so it doesn't make sense and barely listened to him if I recall well this year. Am I able to see the stats or how this was concluded? It feels suspicious.

My stats can’t be right! Artists I was playing last year have made this year’s rankings and others are not featured at all.

Annoying, especially since I’m a premium user….
