Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Was AI used for wrapped this year? It seems inaccurate and it’s not as cool or fun as previous years.

I tapped on my Wrapped, but it says you don't have it. Why is that? I did use Spotify to listen to music.

Same here- places 2-5 are probably not tye most listened but i did listened to them quite a lot. But the first place is some random song that was on a playlist i listened to once or twice…

Im to tired of this geographic limitations in wrapped. For the several years I am using spotify, my wrapped always lacked some slides which people in other countries always had. Like it was top genres this year, months slides this year. I can understand the reasons of not having the ai podcast (as google's lm notebook is not available in many countries). But genres? what is the reason for not having them in my wrapped in 2023 and 2024? They were there in 2020-2022, but then suddenly "i do not fit the eligibility criteria". Sounds crazy to be honest. As a result, all I've got in my wrapped was the stats about most played songs, artists, and podcasts - and no fun interactive stuff which is the main reason people love wrapped. It is a HUGE disappointment

This was definitely my experience as well. A sing I had only listed to about 8 times this year was in my top five,— listed as number one. Honestly I was shocked. Then the songs I listened to the most (I'm extremely certain) was number two and five respectively. I was flabbergasted

I never gave consent for my data to be given to Google for the AI Wrapped Podcast. Having read through the Privacy Policy, I don't believe Spotify had a basis to do this. I contacted customer support and they have ignored my requests to know a) what data was shared with Google to generate the AI podcast; and b) on what grounds they thought this would ever be ok. I have filed a complaint with the Swedish Privacy Authority but would still like to know the answer to the above.

I've used wrapped for 1 year, with a Premium Family plan. Adelaide. All the spotify wrapped playlists (of Australia top 100 etc.) are showing up, but theres no button for mine. Everyone else in my family has it working though? Pls help.

I'm so disappointed. I meet the eligibility criteria my a mile and yet still spotify says it doesn't have my wrapped for this year?? I've deleted it and reinstalled it and updated it and nothing's worked. Is it just me? Everyone else I know got their's so I know it's available in my region.

My Question or Issue

Hey, My wrapped 2024 stories somehow skipping so quickly and i dont even know why. Its my first time, because the last year this kind of thing doesn't happened. Same as 2022 too.

My spotify wrapped is really really inaccurate. The 1st artist is wrong. I have listened the most of top songs on the list only couple times.

Great with the wrapped 2024. Though, in my situation I can only see it from July to now, which I don’t understand. Do you know why it has deleted the first 6 months?

There are artists in my top 5 who are not mentioned in Spotify AI wrapped podcast. Specifically Cormac Looby who is my number 4 most listened to artist. I would hope Spotify is not biased towards more well known artists over up and coming musicians. Please fix this

I believe my Spotify Wrapped is wrong and it didn’t track some of the music I listened to. I don’t use Spotify a lot to listen to music but there are days I’ve listened to nothing but Logic and he is not even in my top 5, yet one of his songs is my #1 and it says I only listened to it. I spent a whole day listening to nothing but this song for a competition in his Discord, there is no way I only listened to it 8 times. I was actually upset to see that my favorite artist was not in my top 5 when I know I’ve listened to him more than anyone. I have no idea what happened but if this could be fixed I would appreciate it. Perhaps it wasn’t tracking the songs I listened to from my computer? My “#1 artist” isn’t even someone I particularly like, it is someone I listened to a handful of songs from trying to understand what all the hype is. I understand Spotify tracks those songs and can’t identify why I was listening but I’m upset that it evidently didn’t track all the time I spent listening to my favorite artist. My supposed “#1 artist” isn’t even anywhere in my top songs but there’s a ton of Logic, doesn’t that tell you something is wrong with the ranking?

Mine is inaccurate too. My “#1 artist” is apparently someone I spent 2 days listening to trying to figure out why people like him so much, not even someone I particularly care for. I’m sure some of his songs carried over from playlists I’ve listened to but this was upsetting lol.

The changes made to Spotify wrapped this year are disappointing. What happened to the quirky little personality assignments and city assignments. Seems lazy and not accurate this year. My favorite band was Lake street dive? How? Don’t get me wrong they’re great but we’re not my top listen. Would love to see it go back to what it was in 2023. This year seems inaccurate and impersonal

Hello,

The annual recap doesn’t appear in my app, even though I’ve received it every year. I should note that unfortunately, my iPhone broke last week, and I purchased a new phone. For 5 days, my payment method wasn’t active. Today, I added a new payment method. Spotify has all the data I’ve accumulated over the past year, but the annual recap isn’t showing up. What can be done?
