Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My stats are definitely wrong, I listen for at LEAST ten hours a week, yet my Wrapped says I only listened for 8,000 minutes which is not even close.

Same problem! I do not care of three slides of music evolution!!! I just want my podcasts stats and top % listeners information!!!!

Android, Italy, my wrapped doesn't make sense. if I have listened 3k minutes to my most listened artist, that would mean that I had listened to at least 20-25 artist at almost the same rate to reach the 51k total you calculated. Plus, i am a thousand percent sure my most listened artist is Kanye West, i double checked with other apps...

I was very excited for wrapped and very disappointed this year. The stuff I actually wanted to see wasn’t there I can’t even see how long I listened to my favourite artists. I’m gonna switch to Apple Music their recap looked good

I was in Conan Gray's 0.1% top listeners, yet I haven't gotten an artist message from him, and I was sooo disappointed!

Yea my wrapped is not right at all. Apparently one of my top songs is literally an albums intro song that’s like 30 seconds long. This band also appeared on my top artists when I only know their 30 second song… if you want an accurate wrapped go to the website receiptify, they know what’s up.

My podcast stats are missing and I would really appreciate them being added back to my wrapped.

I have not received an artist message from Chappell Roan, despite her being my number 1 artist (i'm in the top 0.5% of listeners). I'm a South African user, and saw that other South African users also haven't received artist messages

I echo this sentiment. Huge programming issue which I am sure affects so so so many users. It would even be better if it prompted you “do you want this to be a private listening session” when you are listening to sleep or ambient noise genres so that the onus is not on the user to remember to click private session every time (tbh I didn’t even understand until today that’s what private sessions were useful for, also poorly named/explained to users)

I just listened to the AI Wrapped Podcast and the stats talked about don't match the stats in my Wrapped slide deck. Songs that are highlighted and that I know I listened to a LOT are not even mentioned in my slides. I get that AI is the new trend, but it was WAY more fun when there were humans behind it and not bots. This year's Wrapped was a serious downgrade, which is unfortunate if it's truly meant to be a 'Thank You' to artists and listeners.

What happened to spotify wrapped this year? It was actually terribly uninteresting. I had no issues accessing it but it was SO disappointing!!! How could you take something so fun for everyone and make it so bad. For a lot of people they feel the information was inaccurate on top of missing key features like top genre! It feels so obviously AI generated. I've had spotify premium since like 2016 and between the teasing about the release date and now the poor quality of wrapped I think I'm ready to try a different service....
