Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I had to use a 3rd party website to get a more accurate Wrapped for my year. Maybe if Spotify hadn't laid off a whole bunch of staff and swapped to AI things might have been more consumer friendly and accurate...

My Wrapped 2024 featured the #1 artist as someone I've never listened to, not even as a recommended. It also had  other data that was wrong (top song and a couple other strange additions to lists). In a season that is already depressing, this was just one more thing that someone promised and then they messed it up.

Alright so I've been using Android for about 4 months now and I've been saving my wraps since 2021. But for some reason even with my app being up to date, there's no 3 dots or a plus for me to save my 2024 wrapped playlist. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I have the option to click on my Wrapped slideshow, however it just loads for a while and then gives me the option to refresh, but never actually loads it. 

I deleted and reinstalled the app.
I cleared the cache. 
I logged out and logged back in.
I restarted my phone.

I can see my top songs in a specific area of the Wrapped tab, but the slideshow will not load and nothing else in that tab loads. Not even the icons for the images.

It worked for me every year :[ just not this time.

Alright so I've deleted the app and redownloaded the app and still no way for me to save my 2024 wrapped playlist.

UPDATE

I just turned my wifi off, JUST TO SEE, and it instantly loaded. It doesn't work on my home wifi or at my work's wifi - but off wifi it ended up working!!!

Apparently my Spotify Wrapped was hacked somehow because my 2nd most listened to artist was “toon” and I have no idea who/what that is, nor have I ever listened to it.

Some of the songs on my top listened to list are songs I've never even heard of, so... I guess it's not very accurate. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I played Million Dollar Baby like it's nobody's business and the song didn't even get into my top 5 song, **bleep** it didn't even get into my 2024 playlist. That's how I know you messed up Spotify

The most listened to song on my account according to my wrapped is A. T. M. Song that I have never listened to, why is that?

Is there a way to recalibrate my Spotify Wrapped or look at my listening again? One of the artists in my “top” I haven’t listened to much in months to be that high as well as my top song.

In the previous years every new play of wrapped showcased a new combination of my top songs. This year it’s stuck playing one and the same list every time it’s played. What happened?

I tried logging in and out, reinstalling the app, restarting the device, it had no effect.   

honestly, with the lazy design, AI generated genre names, mentioning of artists that are not in my top 100 songs (and that i dont listen to), and the bugs, my verdict is that this has been the worst wrapped i have ever seen sofar.

Hey! Why is Wrapped this year so inaccurate, basic and generally blergh? It’s been so great in previous years and this year it’s a list of artists I’ve never heard of and a list of top 5 songs and that’s it? At least make the top artists people who I actually listened to… and what happened to all the cool metrics and graphics of previous years? Please say you guys will re-do Spotify wrapped 2024 on 1 Jan 2025 and make it decent again coz this experience is low

It'd be nice if all users could access features. Particularly as a premium user I am feeling quite robbed. Consider not go-locking features in the future please...

Definitely the worst Spotify Wrapped ever! I actually thought about canceling my Spotify altogether because of how bad it was this year. Apparently an artist I listened to for long periods of time 2 days in a row was prioritized over an artist I listen to regularly who’s been in my top 5 every year for several years. I’m so bummed I didn’t get the message from my REAL #1.

My Spotify wrapped does not exist. When I tap on the “Wrapped” page it only shows the global Wrapped options and on my home page there is no Wrapped at all. I’ve done all of the above troubleshooting steps and tried using a computer login to find it, none have worked.

Wrapped was so disappointing this year- no creativity or personalization. Plus it was inaccurate- my top artist was not accurate and there was one artist I don't even know (maybe one song) on my top five. My most listened to artist and songs (according to third party apps) were nowhere on my wrapped.

tried everything, didnt work
