Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hi all, I just checked my Wrapped for this year and it is completely wrong... meaning that all my "top songs" are stuff I've never listened to, from artists I have never heard of... I don't know how it is possible and whether my account has been cracked or what, but I'd be grateful if anybody had any clue or explanation... thanks!

Hi, im dissatisfied with my results this year, i dont want to share it, because its so inaccurate.

My top songs list is wrong, my top song is a good, average song, but it would never be my top. Only 1 of the 5 are accurate.

Is there a way you can fix it?

Hello, just some feedback, for a second year now my wrapped is frustrating me! At work I leave my "work" Playlist on all day. I would love it if there was a way to exclude that playlist from my spotify wrapped, so I can see the music/artists that I actually listen to the most outside of idle work music 😞

Why can’t you share the entire Spotify wrapped slideshow? Surely it would be free advertising for Spotify? Why is it not possible?

My Spotify Wrapped 2024 is incorrect.

It showing my No. 1 song for year from an artist that I’ve never heard of before.  Checked through all my saved playlists and see none got it.  The artist and song: Sycrorax X - After the Sunset.  It says I’ve listened to like over 300 times 🤔 

I have a premium family plan and an IOS device.  

ps. Checked it with my members and they all saying same - never heard of it.

I have an Android phone. To be specific a Samsung Galaxy S24. In a group chat friend A has an iPhone and sent me the shared link of their Wrapped 2024. When I click on it all it does is open my own Wrapped 2024 in the Spotify app and there's no way for me to see her Wrapped 2024.

Even when I copied the link into my browser it would just open up my Spotify app and do the same thing, and when I tried to open it in incognito mode on my browser is just told me to download the app.

However, friend B in the same group chat, who also has an iPhone, was able to click on the link and see Friend A's wrapped no problem. Please address this. Thank you

I cannot open any other Spotify wrapped links shared with me (from other family members or friends). It only opens my own Spotify wrapped even though I am using their specific links 

I have tried all listed suggestions, including clearing cache, using a new mobile device, etc.

Spotify Wrapped was HORRIBLE this year! Has been something I’ve looked forward to for several years, and has been the main reason I haven’t switched to Apple Music. This years AI generated Wrapped was garbage and not enjoyable nor accurate. Why would I pay for Spotify to pay for their own garbage AI when I can find or create a cheaper version? The company is in a race to the bottom with cheap shortcuts like this, and for that reason I do not want to continue using nor supporting Spotify. Especially considering they released this years Wrapped exactly a year from when they laid off the Wrapped team who did this work before AI did. Shame on Spotify!

Hi, when I click to 'share' my Wrapped story, and send the link to another Spotify user, that user can't access my story. Instead, he is taken to his own story. How do we make the Share work correctly?

First thing, my wrapped is not very accurate and more so felt like what I've been listening to most recently.

Second, when I look at my 2024 playlist it says most of my songs are not in any playlist but when I search for the song in my playlist it's in there.

You don't.  Spotify has decided not to post it for PC.  You can only get it on mobile, which is really stupid imo.

Im so confused because Taylor Swift is my 2nd most played artist of 2024, but I don't listen to her often and zero of her songs made my top songs of 2024 playlist. Make it make sense. I have a friend who Taylor is her #1 artist and she has no idea how that happened either. Anyone else?

I’ve had a premium account for years now and I’ve always loved Spotify Wrapped, but this year it was awful. And I’m not even talking about the design and creative content (which was lacking), but the actual stats. Believe me I’m not the only one complaining. My top artists make absolutely no sense. Sure I always expect to be surprised that I listened to one or two artists more than I realized, but there are people in there that I know I did NOT listen to at all - and my most played songs prove it. I don’t know what happened with your system but I hope it gets fixed, it’s truly disrespectful to your clients. It was just so disappointing, I think I’ll switch to YouTube music. Awful.

My Spotify wrapped won't load I've logged in and out and tried searching Wrapped Ai Podcast and nothing is working it just loads forever. It has worked before why won't it right now?

Hey ,

I noticed something really strange and frustrating with my Spotify Wrapped this year, and I was wondering if anyone else experienced something similar.

One of my favorite artists, who has been in my top 5 for several years now, is completely missing from my Wrapped. None of her songs are in my “Your Top Songs” playlist either, even though I checked my stats on stats.fm (set from 1/1/2024 to 15/11/2024), and she’s clearly in my top 2 artists of the year, with several of her songs in the top 50.

She’s a pianist, and what’s even weirder is that another pianist I listen to a lot is also missing from Wrapped. In fact, out of all the pianists in my playlists, only one showed up in Wrapped, which doesn’t make sense based on how much I’ve listened to them.

Has anyone else had issues like this with Wrapped missing key artists or songs? It feels super inaccurate this year, and I’m disappointed because Wrapped is one of my favorite parts of the year.
