Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Because Spotify thought it would be smart to put AI in charge instead of letting humans do it. My guess is the same thing happened to you that happened to me with my “#1 artist”, you probably listened to something like a playlist that a lot of her songs were on and the stupid AI decided because there was one day you “listened” to her for a long period of time, that’s your #1.

I keep getting a message that says "We don't have your Wrapped this year" and I've been a premium subscriber for years. I did cancel my plan for a few months this year but I didn't think this was a premium only feature. The FAQs refer to special eligibility criteria but doesn't outline what it is?

YES! This happened to me too! The main artist I listen to, who has been in my top 5 for years, is totally missing this year, but in my case he’s all over my top songs so I’m confused why he wouldn’t even be in my top 5. Also it’s funny you mentioned a pianist because there’s a pianist I listen to somewhat often when I just want some nice, calm background music and she’s not in my top 5 or my top songs. Maybe the AI decided to omit instrumental music from Wrapped altogether, who knows, but I’ve never been more disappointed with Spotify in my entire life.

If data is collected upto October 31st this year, does the next year count from 1st November to October 31st or it’s from January 1st to October 31st and my November and December listening data is completely ignored?

I listened to Bonez MC 52 Dage for a total, but only listened to 43,000 minutes on Spotify.

Every year I listen almost all the time to my favourite artist: Stichting Opwekking (dutch). However, every year there isn’t one single song of opwekking in my list, but I am not joking that I listen to it almodt every day, most of the time on repeat. Why doesnt wrapped include music of Stichting Opwekking?

This year’s Wrapped really stinks. Spotify’s decision to lean on AI was a colossal mistake. Honestly, what were you thinking? Do you even respect your customers? For the first time ever, I’m seriously considering switching to Apple Music—and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Let’s not even get into the boring design or the features you left out this year. The bigger issue is that my Top 100 list makes no sense at all. You claim I listened to my top artist for nearly 4,000 minutes, but only one of her songs made it into the list. That makes zero sense. Then there are tracks I barely played showing up, while some of my actual favourites are nowhere to be found. The stories claim that January was my “reggaeton month” (as if) and that I primarily listened to Maluma and Karol G (yeah, right). You “forgot” to mention Shakira, because she is the only Spanish-speaking artist to appear in my Top 100. Her reggaeton songs were the only ones I listened to, but in March and April.

I’ve been tracking my listening habits for fun each month, so I know for a fact your algorithm got it wrong. Most of the songs you picked came from January, February, and March. According to your system, I must have died in the spring and magically come back to life by summer. Then suddenly, songs from September show up, even though I didn’t play them that much. Because you cherry-picked from just a few months, you ended up including songs I didn’t expect.

You still have three weeks to fix this and come up with a more accurate list of the past year. Or at least offer your (sincere) apologies. If you don’t, I’ll probably be out too—then I won’t have to keep getting recommended genres I never listen to (it’s rare that you recommend music based on my listening habits anyway and I’ve been bothered by this for months). Seriously, this year’s Wrapped feels like a slap in the face to loyal users like me. I’ve been a paying user since 2017, maybe even earlier, but I don’t have any Wrapped data from 2016 to back that up. Is this really the future you’re aiming for? If so, I’m out. I’ll think it over for a few more days, but don’t be surprised if I switch to Apple Music. Apple should really send you a thank-you card for all new customers.

Yes, please. I've got a couple sleep playlists, and one or another tends to run all night, ever night, so they utterly swamped my Wrapped results. I'd love to be able to exclude certain playlists, or certain hours of the day from the calculations, to see what I was actually listening to, as opposed to what I'm sleeping through.

Hi, My problem is that I'm not happy with my Spotify Wrapped, I don't think my top 5 songs are correct, since there are two songs that I hardly listened to and there are more songs that I listened to more than I could being in those positions, also it doesn't seem to me my top most listened to artists because the top 2 is occupied by a singer that I didn't listen to almost all year. I hope you can check my problem, thanks

Spotify Wrapped isn't appearing on the app or the browser, even when I sign in and out and uninstall and reinstall, or even when I manipulate the URL 😞 I hoped a few days would fix it, but it's still not there.

Easily the most innaccurate my Wrapped has been. Has lots of songs I don't recognize, and my top 5 includes 3 songs I've only very casually listened to within the past couple of months (they're old songs I haven't listened to in years, and recently listened to a handful of times for nostalgia).

There are also songs I know I've listened to, practically on repeat since their release this year, and they aren't in the list at all..

Outside of the laughable price increase, for seemingly no benefit, I'm thinking it's time to switch services. The laziness and cost cutting is becoming very apparent.

As others have noted, sharing Wrapped links just plain doesn't work. If a friend clicks my link, it only opens their Wrapped page. If I click their link, it only shows me mine.

This could be an iOS<->Android app issue, as I've also regularly found that various other shared links don't work between platforms either (playlists seem fine, specific tracks often just open the app but not the track - although manually deleting the query after the "?" *sometimes* resolves the issue), but whatever the case (and in both situations) it's really unacceptable.

I am very disapointed in this year's wrapped 2024...It felt like like an AI fiasco.  Bring back the 2023's algorithm!

Another thing, change the algorithm in the Shuffle Play to NOT play the cheaper royalties first.

I can't find my Spotify Wrapped. I have tried all of the things that are supposed to fix it. I use the browser version of Spotify because I use Spotify on my HP Chromebook. I have been on Spotify since 2021 and I haven't had this problem until now.

As Spotify wrapped is so unique and cool every year I couldn't wait for this years, only to be completely disappointed. This year's wrapped was missing so many good components that the previous ones had. The design looked boring and like the whole thing was made by AI. It looked bad and didn't give any information beside my top songs and artists plus some numbers that weren't that accurate. Also the types if music you supposedly listened from the different months sounded absurd. I don't think that this was the work of a human it sounded and looked exactly like it was made only by AI.

Something is clearly not right. It seems highly unlikely that I, a 40-year-old English man, am in the top 0.05% of listeners for "vampire" by Olivia Rodrigo with... uhm... 64 streams It seems even unlikelier that one of my work colleagues is ALSO in that same top 0.05% of listeners of that song. I'm not doing the maths on that.

Oh, and despite this, Olivia Rodrigo isn't in my top five artists.

Please could you fix Spotify Wrapped.

Spotify, you have made it increasingly hard to defend you over the last couple of years. From removing loved and useful features to stopping collating data very early to composing a painfully subpar Wrapped 2024, people like myself who switched over from Apple Music are starting to regret our decisions when we never thought we would upon initially switching. AI is not a good replacement for better marketing or more profit when your audience is human beings and not other robots. Bring back humans and bring back the old Spotify.

Does anyone know how I would go about finding a list of the top 100 global artists of 2024? Wrapped released a list of the top 10, and a playlist of the top 50. Stats have been released for every artist, but I can’t find anywhere what the top 100 list is or who to contact to ask! Thanks
