Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Taylor swift was my 5th listened to artist. I hate her and have for several years. My Spotify wrapped is incorrect.

My wrapped is so incorrect, I don't understand. I used to always love checking out wrapped at the end of the year, but last year it was a bit off, then this year it is completely wrong. Four of my five top artist I have never even heard of?? It's just disappointing.

Mine is SO WRONG too. Seems like Spotify Wrapped failed for lots this year.

I’ve found my Spotify Wrapped 2024 incredibly inaccurate, and it’s quite disappointing. There are songs that I loved all year that aren’t included in the Top 100 playlist and others that are included in my Top 5 songs that don’t seem accurate at all. I was really excited and had songs in mind (not because they’re my recent favourites but because I know I’ve listened to them a lot over the year). Not super impressed this year.

If you listened to those songs often enough when you were still listening to them, they could still score in your top 100 even if you stopped listening. The period they measure starts on January 1 and runs until mid-November. Listening in late November through the end of the year never gets counted at all toward the Wrapped lists, so most people won't see any Christmas music in their lists.

I’ve had her blocked for ages and she was my #2 this year!

TSWIFT was my #2 artist but she’s blocked on my Spotify because I don’t listen to her and auto generated playlists kept trying to put her into each one? I finally blocked her when she was placed into a “heavy metal running” playlist almost a year ago?

Wrapped shows up fine but is wrong. My top five artists of the year has two artists I have never played before. Please fix this!! Same with my top songs of the year - it is full of songs that I would never have listened to and do not want in my playlist.

I’ll summarize this briefly. You can search the remaining 15 of your top 20 on Spotify Wrapped, but you have to do it individually.

Is there anyway I can just be told the last one I need? I’ve searched over 40 artists and come up empty. I think the Wrapped may be bugged

I spent a good 200-300 hours listening to podcasts and yet my wrapped has no podcast stats whatsoever and doesn't include those stats in my listening minutes. Also couldn't see more than my top 5 artists.

Premium Duo Plan, I’m able to see my wrapped but the images remain static and don’t change unless I tap to go to the next one so I’m getting only the first screen for each wrapped “story” or section. Mi app is updated and also mi iPhone which is an iPhone 12. Does anyone have this problem? I’d like to know all the info regarding listening minutes and genres.

 I was checking my Spotify wrapped and it showed me that it is not available for me this time, the worst thing is that it is the same with another account that I have

Hello - 

I look forward to my Wrapped every year, and usually it’s so fun to watch the Wrapped story and talk to my friends about our stats. But, this year something is off. The genres/vibes info was not nearly as insightful, but worst of all, my top artists had a huge error. It lists Taylor Swift as my 5th most played artist, and not only am I sure that I don’t listen to her enough for this to be true, also, not a single Taylor Swift song is in my top Songs of 2024. I have several friends who also weirdly have TSwift on their top artists. Not sure if she paid Spotify to be on everyone’s Wrapped or what…

It was inaccurate. Probably nailed the “number 1” , but the others were loose. I don’t think I ever typed in two of the five “top 5 artists” Doesn’t really matter, leaving Spotify for other reasons.

I agree 100% it was so disappointing to see wrapped so bland this year. A lot of the things didn't even make sense and I've seen so many people on social media making fun of how bad it was. It makes me not want to use spotify anymore. Also the AI DJ is so repetitive and literally just plays my most listened to playlists over and over. It's supposed to be a DJ that shows you new music, it is silly to me that it just plays what I already like.

I believe a lot of people are struggling with this. I found my Top 5 Songs strange and as I’ve been listening to my Top 100 Songs playlist, I’ve determined it’s completely inaccurate. There are songs I listened to maybe once and others that I listen to multiple times and it’s no where to be seen. I’m really disappointed with this year, and it seems it was because they rushed or used AI. Just my opinion.

I used stats.fm to see if I could make an accurate wrapped playlist and it couldn’t import anything after May of 2024, I think it’s a known issue that Spotify refuses to acknowledge and the reason no one’s is actually correct.
