We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I feel like Spotify is not doing well this year, there are some songs I stopped listening to a long time ago but are still in the top, an artist who listens very little but is still in the top 1

Agreed. They don’t need to change it drastically each year. There’s only so much you can really say about someone’s choice of music lol. I think most of us really just want our top songs, artists & genres. Maybe our listening time & if there was anything else notable to us personally. The videos from our top artists are nice too but this year’s was def the least exciting especially since I’m not the only person that got a random artist I never listen to in my top 5.

I just learned a couple of days ago that you can do that (very exciting for me for 2025, but a real bummer for 2024 Wrapped—my entire wrapped was my foster dog’s soothing sleep playlist). Anyway. Go to the playlist, click on the three dots at the top (…), then click “Exclude from your taste profile.” That will remove it from your data (the minutes of listening will still count, but anything on the playlist will be excluded from your recommendations and Wrapped). The other thing you can do is listen to the playlist in Private Session, which does the same thing. Hoping it helps you for next year! 🙂

What I forgot to mention yesterday… Some songs featured in the “stories” (if that’s what they’re called?) were ones I rarely, if ever, listened to—thankfully, they didn’t make it into my Top 100. Yet, other songs used for those “stories” that I listened to a lot and fully expected to see in my Top 100 are oddly missing. What’s the point of highlighting these songs in the “stories” if they’re not considered for my Wrapped? It just feels pointless and wrong.

I get nauseous of the constantly moving graphics of "2024 Wrapped" (and any other movng image).

Is it possible to disable moving images, please?

Quite disappointing this year. Like others I feel mine wasn't very accurate this year, although my music is mixed up with what kids listen to, so I accept that my wrapped will be a bit confused. And I didn't get my podcast summary.

But in general the format was worse this year. It was tooted to be bigger and better this year and it definitely wasn't. The music evolution could had been interesting. For instance it could show you your top 5 by each month. But this random month pick with a nonsensical phrase is just daft. It would be nice to be able to see the number of plays for each song in the top 100. There are so many things you could do with this, and it doesn't seem that hard if you have the data.

Oh and I really don't get the idea behind sharing your wrapped if the link just brings people to their own wrapped and not the one you shared. What's the point? And you cannot even read what's your friends top 5 from the shared image because it so damn small.

I know mine is wrong too! I have a newborn and we have to listen to “The Happy Song” in the car on loop. Meaning I have listened to it probably over 1000 times, but it’s not even in my top 100. My top 100 is made up of random songs that i have maybe listened to once on a shuffle?

Could we get an answer from th team about all the questions regarding people who do not get their wrapped, those who have the tab but cannot play the wrapped, ans why we can't have it on PC like last year? Lots of questions and complaints but no answer so far from anyone.

Why can I not get wrapped on my computer ?!!!! I do not want to look at it on a small phone screen or listen to it with crappy sound from a phone speaker!!! Why is it not available on computers ?

Hi, for some reason my second most listened to song that I know I listened to over 100 times, is not even on my top playlist for this year… why does a song like glitch out of the wrapped?

My #1 artist really surprised me and made no sense. They were #44 for the past 12 months and #9 for the past 6, but somehow my top artist? And artists I listened to a ton didn’t even make the cut. There were 2 songs I didn’t even know in the audio played for my wrapped. It feels like all the indie artists I liked were bumped in favor or the bigger name ones.

My Spotify wrapped has artists I’ve never listened to in my top songs. Only one of the songs in my top 5 are from an actual artist in my top 5. My most listened to music is hip hop and R&B but there are Rock songs all over my Spotify wrapped and I’ve literally never heard those songs before. Can someone from Spotify please fix this. This has never happened before.

I Got the Spotify Wrapped list and was surprised to find out that my second place is an artist that I never play… That is so wierd, since I dont even like the band and I have never heard a full song by them… So I dont trust that my Spotify wrapped is actually représentative or made for me 😞

The 2024 wrapped was so wrong, the songs I haven’t listened are on the top 5. I guess spotify is trying to promote some artists, or its algorithm is all messed up. Try ai maybe that will help you guys. So disappointed.

• how can I see artist's wrapped video for top listeners? I wanna see Taylor's video but i can't find. She is my top most streamed artist. Is it a service for US spotify?

I have the same premium account as my sister and I listened to 65,000 minutes of music but I didn’t get a music evolution playlist whereas my sister did. I want to see my music eras this past year. The special parts of wrapped from previous years are missing this year. I got basic numbers and nothing fun. It was a big disappointment.
