Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I had a the wrong artist as my top artist and I believe my offline data was not taken into account for that. I would suggest using offline records too for Spotify wrapped

Why can't I see my podcasts in my Wrapped? Pretty sure they made the bulk of my listening..

My Wrapped is absolutely nothing that I listened to! I don't know any of the artists, and I definitely didn't listen to any of them. I typically listen to jam bands like the Grateful Dead and Goose, alternative, or lofi hip hop beats that I play in my classroom. My Wrapped list is all hard core rap. I have a family account, and even though my son listens to rap, he doesn't listen to any of the artists on my Wrapped this year. It's bizarre! Please help fix!

When opening spotify wrapped it just skips through every slide to the last one in second without ability to go back and check them.

Hi - my top artists and song don’t match at all which doesn’t make any sense at all! Something very wrong. I am on the Duo plan so think there is some cross over

My minutes listened in Wrapped 2024 is completely wrong. It was shown i listened 7594 minutes this year but I've listened 7907 minutes in November 2024 alone. I will attach screenshot for reference

My wrapped 2024 is very inaccurate. My favorite artist is Billie Eilish, but I have no idea who she is. I never listen to any of the songs on my account. Now I have an email from Spotify with Billie Eilish merch. Some of my top songs are also very weird. There are songs at the top that I never listen to.

I hate Wrapped and would like to remove it from the app but apparently I can't. It is a total waste of space and I could care less of the contents and the presentation. It is a waste of display space.

I just want to know how y'all are still so trash at this feature??  Share doesn't work without looping back to mine.  It's ridiculous how many YEARS your developers have had to figure this out.  I mean could literally have almost traveled to Mars in the time you've had to figure this out....and apparently reached.it before you do!

was there something that filtered your own songs from popping up in your wrapped this year?

according to stats.fm my own song was in my top 50 most streamed songs this year but i can't find it in the playlist.
