We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

That does not work, you have to do it via the app. the URL in mention directs to a QR Code.

This years wrapped was the worst yet. So inaccurate it ruined my morning. It was bad enough Spotify shoved Sabrina Carpenter down everyone’s throats, but to put one was my #2 song is ridiculous. I played so much other music this year and obsessed over other songs that didn’t show. I am contemplating deleting Spotify or at least my membership because this drives me nuts. Can Sabrina pay my membership if you’re going to keep lying to push her music?

I have always had podcasts included in my past Wrapped, but I didn’t get any podcast statistics this year. I’ve listened to the entirety of three podcasts. I listen to podcasts constantly, so there should be plenty of data to analyze!

hi. Georgia,android, been using for 2 years.i know I've been listening to Kanye west more then led zeppelin but led zeppelin is still my most listened artist.why?

I believe my wrapped is inaccurate. My top artists shows a Martin Czerny as my second top artist, however when I went to look him up, I had never heard any of his songs before, so I do not know why he would show up in my wrapped. There are other inconsistencies but this is the only one I know 100% that is not right.

I haven’t received the video message from my top artist but my friend has the same artist and got one. Where can I find it?

Also my top songs look inaccurate, I’m pretty positive that was not my #1 song.

Mine as well?? I find it odd, a song I played 2 to 3 times at most is allegedly my top song this year ?? Lol I hope it’s possible to fix that

i dont seem to be able to see my wrapped this year. i dont think ive listened to any music via spotify this year but i did spend 10k+ mins listening to podcasts and would love to know more about that data. is there a known solution to this?

Unfortunately my Spotify wrapped is not based on any of the songs or artists I’ve been listening to how come only the artists from the first part of the year are included and not august onwards I can assure you I’ve not been listening to **bleep** Ariana grenade or the end of the week. Absolute joke. I am in absolute shambles and tears because of your stupid system that can’t track my Spotify properly. I’m not angry. I’m just disappointed do better next time. Also, how come oditari is my number one artist when he’s not even on my most recent playlist make it make sense. Redo my wrapped please for august onwards. I went through phases I wasn’t proud of you'd understand with your phase making my wrapped.

My Spotify Wrapped has only counted the minutes of listening on the mobile, since I usually listen to everything in the Chrome browser and there are few minutes of listening

I listened to Halsey's new album once and she's in my top artists. None of her songs are in my top songs. On the other hand I played other artists on repeat and they are not in my favourite. It doesn't make sense.

heck yeah man. I have nothing showing up out of nowhere, but just a distinct lack of the one I am extremely confident I played the most. This is just disappointing

My wrapped is not playing through the slide but skips to the end. So i can’t see my whole wrapped. I’m missing how many songs and artists i’ve been listening to. 

I’ve tried to log off and in again and deleted the app, but it is the same. Never experienced this the other years

Me too I really wanted to see how many minutes I listened to distractable (the only reason I use Spotify) instead I apparently listened to 7,000 minutes of music I have literally never heard of.
