Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I never got the podcast section! Yet I listened ALL the time to podcasts.

Mine is saying I only listened for 67k minutes this year which is honestly totally innacurate for the timeframe they collect data.. last year was 287k for comparison.. and my top song not even slightly close to what it definitely should be lol. I haven't even looked at it past my top song, this is stupid.

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Spotify Wrapped this year. While my friends already have access to their Wrapped recaps, I still cannot view mine. I cannot find any way to access it through the app or my account. I meet all the conditions: my data tracking is enabled, I am over 18, and I use Spotify regularly throughout the year.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and access my Wrapped? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Same thing here with hours, last year 90k this one? only 60k and there is NO WAY this year I listened less

Really frustrating that I didn't get anything about genre when all of my friends/coworkers did. It must not be a regional issue like the FAQ says because we all live in the same town...

Me too. Guess with them hiking prices constantly for nothing notable also warrants for the removal of Spotify Wrapped on PC.

Wrapped 2024 definitely has mistakes in counting! The top1 artist is wrong! It could be proved easily by the fact that there are no tracks from the so called "Top 1 artist" among top 100 tracks in 2024! I'm disappointed

This years wrapped sucks.  Can't see it on my PC.  Posting to FB makes a really bad and hard to read image that mostly encourages people to just click to Spotify.  Very disappointed.

Why did you remove wrapped for desktop?

I'm not downloading an app.

I was also planning on upgrading my subscription but I guess I won't, since you don't care about users like me. 😔🍑

My Spotify Wrapped appears as photos, and the information is incomplete. I’d like to know what to do so it shows up like it does every year, with videos, so I can see the full Wrapped information. Thank you.

I’m sure my Spotify wrapped is all wrong. I do not have only 9k minutes in it and it also says I just listened to my top song 15 times which is actually IMPOSSIBLE and I know for sure I listened to it more tan 100 times, plus that is not my top song. I just tried to check with stats of Spotify and the numbers are totally different. Please just do it all again and okay.

My spotify wrapped is missing a significant number of slides, and its not area restrictions cause me and my friend are from the same town but his wrapped was way more detailed than mine! Also where are genres?!??!?!?!

Hello, when I click on the Spotify 2024 summary section, I cannot see it. Try again. The logo appears or the tabs move quickly. It stays open on the last screen and I can never go back to other tabs, and since I am someone who listens to songs for hours every day, I think the number of minutes I listened to is wrong.I have the current version and use individual premium.
