We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I see the Wrapped AI Podcast option however it just comes up with ‘We don’t have an AI podcast for you.’ wth do you mean, I literally have like 35k minutes, everyone else seems to be getting it but there’s just nothing for me. I’m very frustrated and annoyed about this year’s implementation of wrapped and I’m considering cancelling my subscription if it doesn’t get sorted out. There doesn't seem to be any answer from Spotify whatsoever about why people are getting this message.

Wen I tried to play my wrapped this year but it goes quickly to the end. I already try to close and open the app even restart My phone but the issue is still going on.

I'm also missing all the new tabs, all my friends' Wrapped have 13 tabs and I only have 8. I was looking forward to the music evolution one (looks interesting) and the podcast one (though I suspect that one didn't trigger because I only listen to one podcast). I also use the mobile app so it's not that causing the issue. Please fix this ASAP! I'd love to see the rest of the Wrapped.

I don’t have the amount of artists and songs i listened to included in my wrapped. everyone else I know has these listed. Is it possible to get this added?

Besides the fact that the Wrapped AI podcast was sloppy and impersonal, there was an “error” of sorts (if you can even call it that?) my top artist was BTS, but the AI pronounces it like “brets”. Literally not even close!! Perhaps double-check that the AI can pronounce a very, very simple name (B-T-S…..) of a group with nearly 27 million monthly listeners.…..

It does not allow me to view my Spotify Wrapped on my computer, I already reinstalled the application to make sure I have the latest version but it does not allow me to view it, I do not know if it is available for computer.

Same. I really want to know how many minutes I listened to podcasts. I listen a couple hours a day and its 90% of what I listen to and it wasnt in the wrapped. And podcast information isnt included on any of the alternate sites either which makes it worse.

My Spotify did the same thing. I have less minutes than you but my friend had 20k and had much more slides than me. I have abt 35k and just got an overview of my regular things. He got a month by month vibe and also much more than I did. We both have premium and both listen to mucus almost everyday.

I do have the premium family plan and the most recent iOS update, but I don’t think that’s the issue as my family members all have their podcasts wrapped. Spotify is the only streaming app I use, and I definitely spend a lot of time listening to podcasts. Has anyone been able to figure out the issue yet?

I have the latest version; I've looked at the website and it's not popping up or letting me view it; the banners aren't even showing on my Spotify and when I look up the website, it says 404s and heartbreaks.

This year’s top song for me is something that I have not heard even a single time! That indicates a huge data problem in Spotify!

I haven't gotten my Spotify wrapped yet. I'm on Chromebook, and I have the latest version. I've tried logging out and logging back in, and I've gone to the Spotify Wrapped website, but I still haven't found it. I don't even get the little tab/banner at the top for my Spotify wrapped.

Same here! It seems that either there are fake data in Spotify or other huge problem! Hope to hear what Spotify is saying about this. Unfortunately I don’t hold my breath since support is under community and they will probably mot even look at these messages

I do not have sufficient data on my phone for the mobile app so I use Spotify on my computer - but it looks like Wrapped is only available on mobile. PLEASE add back the computer version! I was SO looking forward to seeing mine this year - I love listening to previous years' top song playlists.

My wrapped is not mine.  It says my #1 song is Rod Stewart, listened 131 times.  I don’t listen to Rod Stewart and I don’t listen to Lady Gaga, my supposed #2. 

How do  i get my actual year end, Wrapped?

My wrapped is incorrect… apparently I listen to TLC over and over again… I’m a metal head and haven’t put TLC on once this year 😂

Wrapped appears as an icon, it lets me press on the button- but all I see is the standard song lists, not the personalised one.

the personalised playlist does appear in the search bar, but the slideshow doesn’t work/appear at all! IOS (everything is updated)

The same thing happened to me! I maybe listened to the clean version of this song once and it replaced the explicit version of the song with the clean version on my top songs playlist??!
