We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Since I use Spotify I never get a wrapped. I only hear podcasts with Spotify, any explanation?

same here, not sure what theyre tryna pull. my own artist project is in my top and i know for a fact i dont listen to myself like top 5 amounts... also the amount of plays is riminally low... i will be using last fm from now on i suppose ;(

Heavy on the dump AI. Look, if they are using it in the back end in a way that makes the devs life easier, sure, but stop forcing AI to be the product! It’s nothing more than a tool.

LETS TALK EVOLUTION.

All of my friends except myself got a music evolution. Soooo where can i get the list of exactly why i didn’t get one. Talk about un-inclusive

Same, like i have a Spotify tracker and it says my top artists are weezer, mitski, needy girl overdose, maretu and nirvana but it says other artists I’ve listened to last year. And I’ve listened to new darling like many times this is weird I wish they fix this  😞

My wrap is all missed up there is songs on my top 5 i haven’t even heard of and artist on my top 5 that i don’t even know

Same. Like my most listened artists is weezer, mitski, needy girl overdose, maretu and nirvana but it says the artists I’ve listened too last year. But my most listened song is new darling but it says another song that I haven’t listened to

Very underwhelming this year. There seems to be half as much content but it takes twice as long to get through. The fun parts were missing as well as the stats. I saw nothing new either, just things cut out, what gives? The AI thing was also just an audio rehash of the visual piece. Extremely letdown.

I would appreciate being able to view this on computer.  I only use Spotify through my computer and Playstation.  I don't use my phone for anything like that, but I tried to access my wrapped on my phone and it never went past the first panel.  It doesn't even work. PUT THIS BACK ON PC PLEASE!

My Wrapped was wrong in a few spots. Definitely my top artist and a few other areas. Disappointed this year is an understatement. Very underwhelming.

There is a violin playlist that I have to play for my son everyday as part of his lessons. There should be a feature that lets me exclude this from my wrapped. I personally am not that much a fan of the violin that I want it to take every single slot in my wrapped, that’s no fun. 😞

Hi. I had this problem the last year and now again. IOS iPhone 12. I can see the share button on each segment but just the first time. Now that I want to share something else about my wrapped the button is missing except in the last parts where there are option of the summary.

I had the same issue, make sure you turn off reduce motion in settings and that should fix it!

I also only have 8 tabs on my wrapped and no evolution one!! Pretty sad!

When I try to get to my Wrapped, it says that I need to download the app to view it. I only use the website, and I've seen online that other people have gotten their Wrapped on the website, so I got confused. When I go to the Spotify Wrapped website, it only says to download the app, and doesn't give me my Wrapped. Is this because you can only have a Spotify Wrapped if you use the app, or is something up on my part?
