We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My account has been active all year and it says that my wrap is not available this year. Please fix this.

I think there should be an option to play the Spotify Wrapped playlists in reverse order to act as a countdown to your most played song.

One of my top artists is someone I've never heard of, Andrew Gialanella. I've never heard any of his songs, but he's in my top 5 artists for 2024. How does this happen??

I agree. I am so disappointed with their crappy excuse for a wrapped this year. May as well unsubscribe

Something seems off about minutes listened. Like it was counting just from my phone nothing else. I am constantly listening to music during work/game sessions etc. Last few years I hit around 70k. This year just 24k. Even my brother who is working in a job and is not on his phone and listening to the music constantly hit over 50k. Also my behavior didnt change that much. Maybe change that I listen even more that previous years.

Is there something I should do about that? Or even can? Last of all, what are these genres?

Mine is totally wrong also! It includes a full album of an artist I've never listened to!!!

i have tried to access it with both the mobile app and the desktop one but the option wouldnt show. In the mobile app, the option was visible but as soon as I clicked the option for wrapped, it would redirect me to update it, although i had updated it
