Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I got my music wrapped but I mostly listen to podcasts than music. And also are my podcast minutes added to my music wrapped?

What happened to spotify wrapped this year? It was actually terribly uninteresting. I had no issues accessing it but it was SO disappointing!!! How could you take something so fun for everyone and make it so bad. For a lot of people they feel the information was inaccurate on top of missing key features like top genre! It feels so obviously AI generated. I've had spotify premium since like 2016 and between the teasing about the release date and now the poor quality of wrapped I think I'm ready to try a different service....

feels like this is where complaints go to die... I was on a chat with customer service from yesterday afternoon till this morning when *they* closed it without resolving it. No way to speak to an actual human and the only option is to dump your frustrations here in the hopes that someone will read it and allow me the data subject access request I am asking for. What a joke

Can any mod clarify on why not everyone is getting podcast related stats? Can you elevate the issue so we do get that info soon?

Premium plan, iOS, Italy.
I never had a problem with my Spotify wrapped in the past few years, until now. This time it shows me only 10 slides, when there’s 13 in total.
I pay every month and I’ve always been eligible for the criteria, so I don’t get why this year I can’t see my wrapped complete like everyone else.

My number two artist is a group I’ve never heard of. As far as I can tell I’ve never heard one of their songs. Reviewing my top songs and artists I’m really surprised how few times I’ve listened to these songs compared to other songs I’ve actually had on repeat.

This years wrapped is HIGHLY inaccurate. There are podcasts I listened to that don't show up, the music is off and this has been the worst wrapped i have had in my experience. This was a highlight every year and I feel massively let down. Bring back the creativity and fun that was wrapped in years past.

Third year in a row that they don’t show me my top podcast. That’s the only reason I sub to Spotify is to listen to them. Apparently 13,000 hours listening to music which is a big lie. I barely listen to music on Spotify. Gatta fix**bleep**.

Same question Last year I could get my wrapped on PC (desktop app) but it does not seem to be the case (yet?) Found my favourite tracks playlist though.

I am afraid that my list is inaccurate. I spent hours listening some songs and they are not on the list and some that I did’t listen that much are in top 10. The Wrapped 2023 did not disappoint me though.

That number sounds accurate to me. 24,357 minutes is about 400 hours, which is a little more than an hour a day...

I have that exact same problem too. Like for example, last year's Wrapped showed my Evolution for my listening activity for the months January to November. However this year it only entailed my listening activity for the first three months of the year

My wrapped has got to be incorrect. My 2-year-old has demanded Elmo music everyday but my number one song was from Fleetwood Mac.

I have some questions about the content of Wrapped. My top 5 list is very strange, there are tracks in the top 5 that I really rarely listened to, and also, the full list simply does not have songs from some individual artists that I listened to the most, and the artists themselves are not in the top 5, although their songs are very many in my playlists. Simply, individual artists disappeared from my lists. It is also worth mentioning that I almost never used the private mode. If possible, I kindly ask you to find ways to remake Wrapped for me.

Where is the toggle to turn Wrapped OFF?

1 playlist as daily wake-up/get out of bed music but wrapped still thinks that one list is leading to ‘you changed your listening habits’ over the months. It’s bad shuffling by Spotify if that were true.

other than that the ‘half an hour daily from one list’ swaps everything else…. Is it interesting to wrap up? NO BECAUSE I HEAR A PART OF IT EVERY MORNING.

let me remove that nonsense from the overview and let’s save the effort and compute for other upgrades!
