Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Inaccurate, boring, and clearly low effort. And please stop pushing the AI; the podcast was somehow a bland recap of everything Wrapped already said while still getting things wrong.

My wrapped list is seriously hacked or flawed with Taylor Swift listed as my top artist.  Of the 38,000 minutes I listened to Spotify last year, no more than 100 minutes were spent on her stuff

My number 3 “most listened” to artist is one I’ve never even heard & would never listen to 😭 What went wrong?

I clicked on the link to get my Spotify wrapped for this year but I get the message that I don’t have one this year. Little bit strange because I listen to Spotify like every single day for hours, supporting my favorite artist.

I use the app on my iPhone and IPad, being a premium for several years. Tried all the thing that were described, didn’t work..

It’s definitely bugged for me this year, my top artist is a guy who I only listened one song from and only once lol.

Extremely disappointed in wrapped this year. The ai generated content made no sense, and my favorite part, seeing my top genres of the year, was no longer there. Please rehire Glenn McDonald and the rest of the people who made wrapped so great, nobody wants ai and many of us are considering switching to better platforms like Apple music that gave people an actual recap.

My #1 most listened to song didn't even appear on my top 100. Very weird. Are certain songs restricted from appearing? I was obsessed with The Rolling Stones' Winter this year and easily listened more than everything else... 3 Stones songs made my top 5 and then maybe 12 more in the top 100. Winter was not one of them.

seems pretty stupid that despite being able to last year, you cant view your wrapped on the web OR pc??? My phone CANT download apps and only my pc can. Pretty bummed

Rushed, shallow, and awful. A simple stat as number of minutes listened was wrong.

That's actually accurate.Try calculating it on your own, 60 times 365, it's about 21900. Since you probably felt like you listened to less music 2 years ago, it's only a feeling. Statistics are more accurate. ❤️

right! i noticed that the people with premium this year got like a most listened to genre of each month, and i didnt so i got premium so i could see but nothing has changed and my wrapped is still the exact same so now im wondering if everyone BUT me got that and i feel like im missing out but if everyone with premium got it and i now have premium so i can see it maybe i shouldve had it before wrapped was made? im confused i just wanna see what i listened to the most in january compared to now in december

Spotify wrapped this year was a huge disappointment. It is the highlight of December every year, I look forward to Spotify wrapped more than I look forward to Christmas. This year there was no top genres, no top playlists, it wasn't even half as good as it has been literally any other year. My third song is one I have literally never heard. What the **bleep** does "twinkly skateboarding Midwest emo moment" even mean?? I beg of you, hire your people back, stop using ai, and do better.

I have a playlist that I use to help our foster dogs calm at night for sleeping, and my entire Wrapped is made up of that. I didn’t know I had to manually exclude a playlist from my algorithms until today. Is it possible to get my Wrapped reconfigured now that I’m excluding that playlist? I’d love to know what my actual trends were.

I felt the 2024 Spotify Wrapped was very underwhelming and frankly somewhat inaccurate. There are songs I know I played lots of, more than others on my list yet. They are missing? Along with the roll out and the overall presentation it was rehashed and watered down significantly from years past. Things like Aura, A visual of one's music taste, in the past has been something to look forward to. This years "AI Podcast" is kinda buried and not featured unless you know where you are looking. Upon listening, I found it a little creepy and just resaying, exactly, what I'd already read in the Wrapped Story Boards. I was not a fan of them talking to me, about me, insinuating what may or may not have happened on certain days. A little (alot) too involved into my life for my taste. Now, I understand you don't have to do this feature and with your actions of laying off over half your staff to be replaced with Ai and other Demonetized (allegedly) Music has given you a monstrous amount of cash to stuff in your ears of the listener/consumer. Perhaps it is only monetized music that you now add to your wrapped lists? Anyways. There is clearly a line in the sand this year and Spotify is high on the hog and with only (ehm, 1 competitor) you don't have to change anything or remove the feature entirely. Where else will people go for music, nowhere, so why would you care?? Well, this year. It seems you don't. And you even increased our monthly sub...well, don't spend all your earnings in one place Daniel. Unless you wanna spend it at mine. See you next year. Maybe.

WORST YEAR EVER! So disappointed this year my stats are all wrong none of my top artists are showing however suddenly I am a Swiftie? I never choose her music. Very dispointed my go to artists are not even listed.

Quite possibly the laziest wrapped ever, with categories that make no sense. I am extremely disappointed with the use of AI.

This has happened to me. One song in the entire wrapped was a song I listened to and then the rest of the music and artists I’ve never heard

of and are of a different genre (gangster rap and I’m more country). It is really disturbing as none of these artist or songs that I haven’t heard of ever came up on my home page either. Earlier this year my account was hacked and I changed my password and was able to see it was someone in Brazil. The music coming up was all Spanish. However, this is very different, no one has signed in other than me so where did these weird (and a touch inappropriate for my innocent ears) songs come from. I’m very disappointed as I always look forward to wrapped. As well as that I’d be questioning Spotify’s privacy settings and/or algorithm. Not really sure what to do.
