Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Spotify wrapped sucked this year. 2024 severely sucked, every other year it felt like a cultural experience, a week long endeavor talking about and sharing our wrapped, this year sucked. Noone posted much online, no fun memes no nothing. The best memes we got are making fun of the Spotify CEO for firing their wrapped team and replacing them with AI. I was wondering why it felt so impersonal and short this year, a robot created it. Let's hire back a human staff who understands music and it's complexities and place in our daily lives

Wrapped was terrible this year, playlists are also getting a lot worse. It’s so obvious the dip in quality since you have fired so many staff in favour of using ai, you clearly dont care about your users or your staff

Premium user, iPhone 14 Pro Max, US. My wrapped will not load, keeps erroring out. Tried all ways of resetting my service, reinstalled the app, logged out and back in. Please help

It would be SUPER helpful if maybe a month before all the data was going to be run for Spotify Wrapped, an email could be sent to all users with something like “Spotify wrapped is coming!” And then a checklist of things people could do to make sure their data will be as clean as posssible, like excluding playlists from their listening trends (like my dog’s soothing sleep playlist) and setting up private session for future listening. These are things the average user doesn’t know about unless someone tells them or until something goes wrong (like all my daily playlist recs are now soothing instrumentals, womp womp).

Hey, I received my Spotify wrapped but I don’t have some sections , eg the music taste per month or albums. And I had different genres and listened to more than 20 albums to the full

I can't see my wrapped completely. An image appears without text or black text on a black background, for example in the part of "The song you have heard the most...", that phrase does not appear to me at all, nor the name of the song, only the image that has the album, the entire background except the image is black, and since the lyrics are also black you can't see it, because when it transitions to say "You've heard it 90 times in June" the background turns yellow and The black letters are visible. The video of the artist giving thanks is not complete, but when I watch that video from another site I can see it correctly. My friend's wrappers last 4 minutes but mine only 2 minutes, because the slides are cut.

My number one song on Wrapped is one I only listened to maybe once all year.  Is there some way to remove it from my Wrapped and get a more accurate top song??

hi i meet all the requirements and did all the steps (re-install, logged out then back in, etc) ai podcast for my wrapped is still not showing up

Eu estou muito chateada,usei spotify durante o ano inteiro,desde o início do ano estou ansiosa pela retrospectiva,e chega dezembro,todos já estão com sua retrospectiva 2024 e eu não. Peço que resolvam isso,estou muito abalada por não ter minha retrospectiva 2024!!!!

Why do I not have some tabs in my Spotify wrappped? That is, there is no message from my favorite artist and there is no how my taste has changed over the months. Is there anything I can do?

Hi, unfortunately my wrapped is lacking at least two slides -"how many times did you play your nr 1 song" and "how many different songs did you listen to this year". I see all other slides, they look normal but do not switch to next one automaticly. Please help.

So something isn't right with my Spotify wrapped. My normal yearly minutes is usually above 45k but this year its 12.4k wth at absolute minimum i listen to Spotify every day for at least 60 minutes, then when you add my weekend to it sat,sun, Monday plus when am gaming and all it should be around 30/40k ?? Something not right with this years Spotify wrapped !!

I could not see my Spotify wrapped. I checked on both browser and app and the link does not work. Does anyone know why I cannot see it?

It's unfortunate that spotify also counts the "songs" that are played through the in-device clock feature. As a result, my top songs are all really loud obnoxious alarm sounds I use for waking up. I recommend that these be excluded from the statistics.
