We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hire back humans and stop putting all your users information in a podcast by Al that isn't even accessible for most. Users can see all their information on third party sites so atleast make spotify, wrapped special. I couldn't even view the Al podcast dean having 10,000 hours in your app this year.

I am not liking this relegation of Wrapped to mobile-only. It makes it far more difficult to share screens from my Wrapped, which is easy on a computer desktop but challenging on mobile. It means I'm relegated to looking at it on a tiny screen and listening through tiny speakers, rather than using the far more appealing resources that are available on my computer.

Please, bring back access to Wrapped from desktop and laptop computers. Personally, I could do without the mobile version altogether. I will NEVER use my phone by choice when I'm at home or in an office; why would I when I have a better device available? The phone is strictly for use on the go.

My Spotify wrapped is entirely made up of songs and artists I have never heard of or listened to. None of them are even saved or in a playlist, please fix!!

I can see my wrapped (I don’t think there are all the features though), but the problem is that it’s static, not a video. Just plain image with words, the ones made for sharing.

Spotify wrapped has become one of my favorite end of year treats. I could hardly wait for it to release this year, but the second I opened it, I could tell something was off. All of the top artists were either ones that I'd barely listened to or ones from a few years back that I didn't really have any major moments with. The worst part though was probably the totally bizarre and out of context AI descriptions and likely even worse, the complete and total lack of connection I felt to the entire experience. I mean shoot, my wrapped usually makes me tear up and feel a sense of awkward joy reflecting on the previous year, but this year was just awful. HOW ABOUT A REDO?! 🙏🙏🙏

My spotify wrapped this year is horribly inaccurate! I don't know what algorithms were used, but your coders should definitely be reprimanded!  My #1 artist has 0 in my top songs. My #1 and #4 songs have an artist not in my top 5? Compared my wrapped data to data in my stats.fm profile linked to spotify and their data tells a completely different story and is definitely accurate to my listening habits. I don't know if artists or record labels are paying you all to promote them higher, but if you're going to release a product, maybe make sure it is accurate first...or just don't release it at all. 2024 is a FAIL for spotify. At this rate, I'd trust Grindr to collect better data than Spotify, and that's shameful.

One of the songs in my wrapped is an incorrect version of the song. The song in question is Blue Oyster Cult’s (Don’t Fear) The Reaper. The version in my wrapped is a re-recorded version which I would never listen to because it sucks. I routinely listen to the original version which has appeared multiple times on my “On Repeat”. Is there a way to remedy this somehow?

The 2024 Wrapped was the worst wrapped i have ever seen in my 5 years on this app. It reeks of soulless AI. Hire the people back and give me the old wrapped again. Hyping the wrapped 1 week before it came out, only for it to be cheap AI slop.

Hello! I’m having problems with seeing my Spotify Wrapped.

It appears only in images, I can’t see the animations/video format.

I already cleared the cache, uninstalled the app and updated my IOS.

The whole thing seems AI generated. The theme is boring, the "phases" thing was stupid and 100% bad AI and the calculations of the stats, something that I think really shouldn't be that hard, seems to have messed up for a lot of people, making it seem like the actual stat tracking and compiling was also done by AI. Originally, I thought my wrapped just got messed up because your top songs and artists were based on streams instead of minutes, but maybe it actually just didn't count my rock or metal music right at all, considering just how many people are complaining about inaccuracies.
This year's wrapped was just really low-quality and disappointing. Got rid of some of the best features (top 5 genres, the sound towns, and other fun things from previous years like the little artist calendars from last year showing you when you listened to your top 5 artists), the animations were slow and boring, and there was no fun in it. It's supposed to be fun but this year it really just felt like it was made by AI at the last minute with no heart put into it. Cannot describe just how disappointed I am.

I can't find my Spotify Wrapped anywhere. Whenever I click on the website it does not show me anything and redirects me to spotify.com. When can I expect to see my Spotify wrapped? I was really looking forward to watching it.

I have most recent version of the app, I’ve deleted and downloaded the app and still at the end of my wrapped sequence it does give me the summary slide saying top songs, artists, minutes listened all on that final slide
